Sorry, I didn't see your post as I don't live online to compensate for a lack of social interaction like you do, but I'd be glad to answer your question since you dropped six dress sizes shaking in trepidation, waiting for my response!

1. The "public" infraction system is a joke which conveniently left out the fact that they jailed a user because English is too hard for them (as it is for you) and they lack the brainpower to distinguish between more than one user at a time. They then attempted to silence said user when she spoke about it, and cover up a lie about a user who pretended to be dead, so forgive the rest of us for not taking it seriously. Lying for empathy and using strawman arguments to backup a foregone point is a typical radical leftie tactic, I'm sure you'd agree. There was also no public posting of infractions made against users which misgendered me, despite bxdcherri saying they were already warned. Again, typical extremist nonsense: selectively covering up that which does not fit its narrative.
2. Since you thought ate (no pun intended) by bringing up laws in the US, you should've also realised that most states (the states with brains) don't actually acknowledge a shifting, fluid gender identity as a protected characteristic. Even if they did, most people that don't surround themselves by an echo chamber of transgenderism and non-binarism believe that gender identity is an immutable state and that penalising people for calling somebody with female secondary sex characteristics, and in obviously female attire, a "he" accidentally is both ridiculous and indeed extremist. Much to your dismay, I'm sure the rest of the world would likely align themselves with that opinion too. You simply cannot force the rest of the world to act as dumb as you, unfortunately.
3. "Anything else that the Fashion Police believes to have been posted in bad faith to harm the Ximboland community" I'd like to trust you're not dumb enough to miss the issue with that sentence, but I am doubtful. Do let me know when the US adds that to their list of laws; I can only imagine how happy their citizens will be knowing that they included a nebulous law just to justify doing away with anyone they dislike!
4. It's the perfect litmus test, since you and every other user even remotely similar to you both visually and politically has proven time and time again that they are incapable of acting like normal humans during disagreements and beyond.

I hope this clears things up for you. Feel free to have it read out through a text-to-speech application, because I can only imagine how hard dyslexia and an IQ of 3 can be when you're trying to digest large chunks of text and information at a time. Take care!

All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.
