AI art?
We're all celebrities.
I'm against AI art and a lot other forms of AI especially if it's available to the public.
If finding a job as an artist wasn't hard enough all these years it's definitely harder now since companies that earn millions of dollar decide to cheap out and use AI Images instead. And that's only one downside to AI, people are already because accused of things they never done and the evidence being made with AI or people that never consented having AI porn made of them.
Also like people mentioned it's just theft, AI is copying other artist not taking "inspiration" like some people claim. If the companies creating AI Image generators spoke to a few artist asking if they could put their art into their Databases maybe i wouldn't have such a big issues with it. But right now everyone's art could be fed into the database and everyone should be cautions even if you think you not popular enough to have your art stolen. (There's filters and software that change your art slightly but enough for the AI to get confused)

AI Art is for lazy people who claim to be art enthusiasts now but not taking any steps at all to become an artist themselves or at least admire the art of actual people that worked hard on it.
Also please don't use AI filters on tiktok or other apps, maybe i'm just paranoid schizo but why would you put your face into their database just so they can use it for further generated images?

agreed. such a lazy invention. reminds me of the AI generated ads for the memed willy wonka experience - that was peak laziness!! they didn't even bother to go back and edit the mistakes, not to mention it was deliberately misleading!

I think it can be fun for making memes but I think it's just lazy and looks like shit. also the fact that it steals from other artists is gross
my art teacher advocated for it >:( it sucks it's just a way for people to not pay artists and to discredit art as a medium and as something of value. fuck the industrial revolution and its quantity over quality ass bullshit and the collapse of the artisan class.

rrrrrrr i am not a fan .... if U r looking for inspiration or new ideas then i suppose it is no harm although curating your own inspirations and influences will greatly + continually benefit U as an artist ... but using it for commercial use or selling it as original work is notttt funn...&& ppl using it 2 learn how to draw from can rlly mess up ur understanding of anatomy & other elements of art like stylization n arrangement..... it was kool as a way 2 see how neural networks can manipulate their vast bank of source materials 2 make sumthing new, but using ai art for realsies just looks supa lazy n cheap, not in a cool way...x(
I hate ai art so much oh my god. I keep seeing videos of people showing off dere "art" it makes no sense to me its not art in any way deres no thot or meanin behind it its just typin in a prompt its actually insane some people are trying to write themselves off as artists when all they do is dat shit. Also the fact that ai is stealing sm opportunities for real artists i understand ai can be "helpful" but i js dont rlly like it as a whole
