I think Parliament is better out of the two because I agree that having Senators and then an unrelated thing called the Senate is unnecessarily confusing.
But personally, if given the choice I'd vote keeping it as the forums. Since the forum exists for more than BL political roleplaying sorts of topics, I think added political jargon will just feel clunky and cringe.

I also agree with the others saying it should stay as the forum, but if the name has to be changed then I would like to suggest it to be named "Town Hall" personally it just makes more sense to me.

wish there was an option for neither. this has probably already been said but; renaming ‘delete your account’ to ‘emigrate from bimboland’ has already confused people and will continue to do so as it’s just not clear. Renaming the forum to the senate or the parliament will just lead to the same amount of confusion. Not everyone on bimboland is a native english speaker, i mean, I’M a native english speaker and i was still confused by ‘emigrate from bimboland’. Idk, it just feels like we’re making the site inaccessible to new players and people who aren’t fluent in english.
edit-also, keeping it as forum is still in the genre of government roleplay, the roman forum was the city centre basically. The bimboland forum is the center of the site. Really unsure why we need another change like this *shrugs*

definitely backing up both Willmuh and Zoe here, "forum" is still governmentally appropriate as Zoe pointed out. however if you are so intent on changing it from "forum" then i definitely advocate for it to be something more publicly open as town hall rather than a politican-exclusive area such as "senate" or "parliament." on top of preferring town hall to those two, the subforums for each state (athiesta town hall, reasonopia town hall, etc) could be renamed to wings - the athiesta wing, the reasonopia wing, and so on. i think it would be much more clear and cohesive like that.

Kinda agree. Senate does not make sense, but Parliament... l don't even know what that means and it sounds strange. I would not ever be able to guess it was the forum.
