Hello Chris and thank you for talking with BL community. While most of your points are totally valid, please consider the age limit again. This is indeed entertainment site, but it doesn't mean it is really fitting for minors. BL is different than other dress up doll games. As you said, BL is internet republic. BL players can vote for their state ministers and for prime bimbo. Prime bimbo is supposed to get real money and lead this virtual republic. In real life people get their right to vote at 18 years old. Allowing minors means minors can vote too, even worse they can run for SMs and PB. Not only they can use parents credit card for buying subscription, they can also be gifted with senatorship or even run in elections using the senator artifact. It means they indeed can become SMs and PB and that's a really bad idea. It is bad both for us players, for team bimbo and also for you.
Another downside of allowing minors is it indeed means a lot more policing work for admins (team bimbo), prime bimbos, forum guardians, state ministers and anyone who curate the content in the game. Most of BL players are at least 25+ and most of them if not all don't want to deal with minors and babysit them. Above all, most of us don't want a minor in a position of power and there is really no way to knows everyone's age or to filter based on age who can run for SM and PB because anyone with subscription can run whether it's payed, gifted or artifact. Please consider that and ask yourself would you like to possibly deal with the minor PB in the future.

bimboland being a game doesn't remove the fact that it encourages you to interact with real life people. adults showing genuine concern over teenagers under the age of 18 being allowed on a site with sexual imagery and game mechanics should not be seen as a bad thing or trivialized. bringing age of consent, which in itself is a touchy and controversial topic, into this as some kind of a gotcha shows you lack understanding of how the sexual themes on this website can make minors vulnerable to predatory behavior.

sexual imagery is sexual imagery no matter the medium it was made in. just because the anal beads and vibrators on this site are illustrations does not reduce or remove the inherently sexual nature of those objects. unlike nipples, which are a body part with multiple functions, a vibrator does not exist in a context where it could be considered non-sexual. i hate aristotle as much as the other girl but sometimes you just can't escape essentialism.

the first thread i could find where people were asking bimboland staff to change the "bimbo suicide" function to something less insensitive is from 2016. that is four years ago. we only got the feature fixed this month. demanding change to happen in less than four years is not "seeking instant gratification" and in claiming so you're doing a fantastic job alienating and patronizing your userbase. this community holds many capable, responsible, and talented people who would be 100% open to help team bimbo implement changes to the site if they felt like the concerns they are voicing are being heard.

right now bimboland is unsafe to minors as well as people of color and members of the lgbt community. protecting oneself is impossible because the blocking feature in this site encourages the users you block to seek out your profile and they can still find ways to interact with you through the forum. the volunteers working as forum guardians and most members of the pink house are doing their best but they can only do as much with the tools team bimbo has provided them. i don't think it is right to accuse us players of being impatient when you make no promises that these issues are being worked on.

We are an entertainment site and there is no need to be 18+ 
18+ sites are for porn sites or sex sites.
We are NOT a porn or sex site. Anyone can see that.
People do not visit our site to view porn or for sexual gratification. And if they do so then they should be banned immediately and I trust our wonderful Prime Bimbo and Bimbo police to do so. Any weirdos will get thrown in jail straight away. 

We are an entertainment site.
We do have some 'adult' themes and stories here that are suitable for minors/young adults and adults alike. And for THAT reason we are not a 13+ site. Please remember that a lot of sites are 13+ and I had some potential investors in the old Miss Bimbo days tell me that we MUST become a 13+ site like facebook etc or they would not invest. They didnt invest. 
I resisted that because I want to keep pixelated images of sex toys on here  etc
However - please dont confuse a pixelated image of a sex toy with this becoming a PORN site. Its not. A 16 year old is more than capable of handling a world with a pixelated image of  sex toy or a pixelated nipple. 
Frankly speaking - if we are to remove all pixelated images as well then we will end up becoming a 13+ site like facebook and twitter. Personally I would prefer to be an inclusive 13+ site than to be classed as a closed adult website of 18+ 
16+ is a happy medium.

There are 2 issues here:
1) Trust.
I trust you. You should trust yourselves and democracy and the Bimbo community. Our democracy works. Only the most popular Bimbos will become Prime Bimbo. 
So if you don't trust a 16-18 year then dont vote for them. Its simple. Don't attack democracy. Dont try and bring down democracy and force legal changes just to suit your preferences.  Just vote for someone you feel is correct for the job.
Speaking personally here - I think you voted in a great Prime Bimbo at present. She doing a great job and leading Bimboland exactly as you must have voted for right? I have faith in who you vote for because you get it right most of the time.
Simply put - if you dont want a young adult as Prime Bimbo then DONT vote for them. However do NOT try and bring down our democracy just to suit your opinion. Thats not on. Please respect our Bimbo democracy. Cant you see it works? 
It works- so trust it

2) Ageism. I feel you are largely very harsh on 16-18 years old as if they are demons or idiots. They are not. When I was 16 I had lots of jobs, lost my virginity , had smoked marijuana - so for goodness sakes lets have some respect for people of that age. They are young adults. They deserve our support , friendship and inclusivity. Why is ok to be ageist on this site? Its not. 
If it happens that they run to be Prime Bimbo and win then that means you trust them and they deserve our support. And yes they can work so yes they can be Prime Bimbo. Its a part time job and 16 years olds in the UK can do part time jobs. Legally Prime Bimbo is a part time job and is paid via an invoice from Bimboland Ltd to our self employed freelancer Prime Bimbo. There is noting illegal about a 16 year old doing a part time job so lets nip this in the bud now please. 
So lets stop this agesim please and support our young adult community.

I see you are stubborn about not changing the site back to 18+ or taking any precautions to make the site minor friendly, despite it being against the law to expose anyone under 18 to sexual imagery, whether it is straight up porn or otherwise.

I ask you to once again to really reconsider and think this through, because if nothing is done one way or another I will report the website to cybersafety agencies for breaking the law and endangering minors by allowing them into adult themed spaces.

It is not a case of either

16+ or 18+ 

It is a case of Bimboland being

13+ or 16+ 

I want to bring on some investors whom will help us get more developers to make changes quicker. The only way people will invest in BImboland is if it is inclusive for as many ages as possible. I am fully aware that people are very unlikely to invest in a 18+ site.
We are making changes eg F*** Buddies will become 'loves' and some other changes to tone down the site . However these are minor changes compared to the ones we would need to make if we go full 13+

With all due respect Chris, I think you are delusional. There are two classifications: adults and minors. Stop trying to create a fake age category. Regardless of the f’d up things you did in your youth should not be the basis for basic website governance. 

No one is discriminating against individuals less than 18 year olds. The issue  is that adult content is embedded in the site, and exposes adults to risks for innocently engaging in adult discussions with minors. 

You really can’t have it both ways wrt to minors exposed to adult content. Thus, minors (less than 18) profiles should be easily identifiable for their protection, as well as creeps pleading ignorance in their less than honorable pursuits.  

It’s also ignorant to say “Simply put - if you dont want a young adult as Prime Bimbo then DONT vote for them.” when there isn’t a means to identify minors. 

I’m embarrassed for you in making such short sited business decisions that are not remotely reasonable, let alone well thought out.

On the United Nations Children's rights convention a child is stated to be anyone under the age of 18, unless majority is attained earlier through legislation in the country the child resides in. As stated in the source I have linked, children are entitled to the same rights and protection as everyone else under the age of 18 no matter their life circumstances. Changing F-buddies to "Lovers" is already a good step in the right direction. We are not asking to make this site 13+, because there is a lot of ways to keep the site 16+ without making it 13+. Really all that has to be done is change some names, the imagery of the first memory minigame, and remove or redo the 18+ shop category, which is already barely in use anyway. No big changes to the gameplay have to be made and the names don't have to be completely PG-13, as long as it isn't explicitly adult themed like "having sex in the club". What will require the most effort is enforcing stricter rules about posting no sexual content, including roleplays, or making sexual comments towards anyone and punish those who break those rules.

We are not asking for this site to be presentable to kids of all ages, all we want is either take precautions to make the site more 16+ friendly or have it become 18+ again. Having the site be 18+ also does not automatically mean it's going to be centered around porn or anything like that, it'll simply mean it's a place for adults to spend some time away from minors. You can have an 18+ website and still have it be advertised as an entertainment site.

All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.
