kinda nervous. i'm starting a new career path and its just very nerve-wracking for me. big change has always been super scary for me. i'm really hoping i adjust well and the anxiety from it doesn't affect me too bad.

Going thru a hellish bpd episode that’s lasted an entire week now where im manic & want 2 physically fight my mom for being an anti choice fake ally selfish cunt (and not like “cunt” in a good “wandas cunty vision” way she’s just a sad bitch) and im literally considering cutting her off completely buuuut like i’m being safe so like i’ll be fine whenever this stupid episode ends

hello everyone, i am not doing so well... :( i was sick the last week and now i'm starting to get sick again, or maybe psychosymatically. i really always hope to get better, because i of course get smarter each year, but now i'm on my summer break from uni and don't have many plans for summer and i'm afraid of getting really depressed. i'm pms-ing right now, so maybe it's all not so terrible. i am laying in bed with someone right now (who is texting with their mum right now, now reading a manga) and that is nice but i felt really desperate and sad today.
literally just walked out from a job I loved so much bc I was getting bullied so baldy by a fellow coworker. pretty much all of the friends I have are through this job and I have been way too scared to reach out to. anyone for the past few. days
i got broken up with and im having really aggressive self-sabotage thoughts. I've been mentally and emotionally distant from everyone for weeks now because the idea of going out with friends causes me so much anxiety. my bc meds arent doing what they're supposed to, I'm dealing with a bedbug infestation, I have no real friends, and I'm honestly just in pain most of the time. I display signs of a serious mental disorder (I'm guessing BPD but cant officially say) and no one is taking my mental or physical health seriously. I'm honestly just scared and exhausted

i'm getting ready to go to a party at college and idk, i told my friends i wasn't gonna drink just smoke weed and chill but i'm now realizing it might be harder than i thought... i've always had a problem with alcohol but for some reason it's gotten *SO MUCH WORSE* over the last few months, like i can't ever drink without blacking out and worrying everyone around me </3 it got to a point last week i had to be taken to the hospital by the police at my campus (i study at a public university in brazil and there's always tons of police around) and i didn't even tell anyone as i usually would bc i'm just so embarassed.. now i'm scared something like that will happen again today, at least my best friend will be there and they said they'll be watching over me, if i decide to drink they'll make sure i don't drink too much, BUT STILL it makes me feel so bad like i'm some annoying kid that needs to be taken care of when actually i'm a 22 year old person who has no control over such basic stuff asdfghjkl i just hope everything works out, shoutout to my fellow alcoholics
Shit really, anxiety levels have been at a maximum since my grandma saw my self harm scars. They´re old, the most recent 2 years old. I don't want to cause her pain, I love her so much. She took it well but I still feel extremely bad.
