Besides, One acc. per player rule is listed in RULES [Ximboland & Forum rules]. Player means 'player', not 'players'. It's pretty obvious.
Do you think there should also be a rule about not using a script for cheating and gaining unfair advantage? Or is it rather a commonsense and quite self-evident?

As for health and mental issues players have already been warned to move on from that subject so there is really no need to bring it back, you or anyone other.

Adding a rule against botting and using scripts would be a good idea, because if it's not written down people will definitely use the fact of it not being written down in the rules as an excuse to justify doing it

i do believe that pcuma was cheating by using botting/scripts but i also dont want to see them permabanned? they've been on here for so long that it feels fucked up to perma them just for this. like i understand feeling frustrated about them cheating to win duels every month but i think they should be given a chance to change their behavior like especially because theyre a long time community member T_T idk if theres temp bans on here but if so then like i think like a month ban would be fair? maybe im being too lenient but its clear they've put a lot of time and effort into their account here and i feel like cuz of that they would respond to a temp ban like it'd be unnecessarily harsh to perma them for this. but thats just my opinion

While I do understand the feeling that permanent ban could be too
much (I share that opinion too), I don't understand the excuses that go
on lines They've been playing for a long time, they have cool outfits, they put an effort in game, they have won so many contests and so on.
Excuse me, but what kind of effort? Effort for cheating for 2 years and 8 months minus 3 days?

an effort in their outfits? After all, players make outfits for own
thrill and joy, not for someone's else.
They didn't
contribute to the game in any way, instead, they exploited it for own
unfair advantage, cheating fellow players, past and current PH members,
TB, the game as a whole... what specifically makes them a valuable
community member?
An excuse they are a long term player kinda
contradicts itself... The longer you are here the more you know about
players sentiments, about rules, what is right and wrong to do in the
game, that cheating is obviously against the rules and so on.
Long term player who also has a long term history of cheating. Cheating every single party in this game.
I
am sorry, but while I am still against perma-ban, these kind of excuses
doesn't really hold the water for me and doesn't seem to do a justice
to affected parties.
