1. how do we know they weren't using diamond refills? LA states this in the initial post and i'd just like clarification. i assume the answer is as simple as this information was given to her by admins who can see that sort of data. but i just wanted to ask to be sure.
2. what was the method of data collection KB used? i see her data in the posts but idk if i missed a part that explains how this was collected/
Start with the first two posts, most of it is said there, including how Katie collected data.
Refills - very simple, how much score changes after 30, 60 and 90 minutes. You have 1 duel per 30 minutes. If you play only what game offers it will be 1 in 30 minutes. If you refill it will be 4. These numbers are even displayed on everyone's page so not a big mystery. You have it all listed in sheets.

I believe that the evidence speaks for itself. Even when I was unemployed and spent the majority of my time at home (on the computer and on Ximboland) I still wasn't able to complete that many duels. Let alone now, actually having a job and not having the luxury of being on the website as much as I would like. Being that this is a game I have spent my real life, hard earned money on, I find it incredibly disappointing and frustrating that others are exploiting the system to get ahead. If people are able to beat me for free no matter how much money I spend, then there becomes no point to use my real life currency to further myself in the game. I feel like many other Ximbos will agree with me there.

I don't necessarily believe that PCUMA had no idea how their alleged cheating would affect other Ximbos. In fact, I believe that they entirely knew how it would affect others. Is that kind of not the point? To get ahead of everyone else and win as many duels as possible? Just look at how many times they've won and reaped the rewards. The whole point of setting alarms and never sleeping doesn't seem at all plausible to me. Using a bot, or whatever, is obviously exploitative so I don't think naivety is a logical answer either.

Ultimately, I would like to see action taken in regards to punishment as I believe that PCUMA is guilty of everything accused.

I agree with what you wrote in the first paragraph. I stopped playing duels long ago when there were players who obviously went heavy on refills, no matter how much I played I never had enough Ds to spend to compete with them so entirely gave up. Did duels just for daily tasks and that was it.
Then, after becoming SM and PB I started playing them again, not too often but more often than just for daily tasks because I actually need Ds for contests and prizes. Of course, it's not enough so I sure had to buy massive top ups, duels just came as a little extra.
Then I started being more active in duels during past few months mostly because of testing how much I can take it. Sure thing, I spend a lot of time online so why not giving it a try. It's hard to place even in top 10, even with refills here and there. But for me it's a big luxury to spend Ds on refills while there are many other things I need to spend them on. If let's say I wanted to place in top 3 I would need to spend way more than the prize I would get which doesn't pay off. Each attempt ended up with the conclusion 'it just isn't worth time and Ds/money so why to bother?'.
Sure thing, it's way different when you can't win someone who actually invests something into it, whether it's time, effort or money than someone who exploits the feature and gets for free Ds which I have to buy.

Also agree regarding the second point. Using bot is conscious choice, behind that choice there is a reason and premeditation according to the desired outcome. Not being aware how it may affect other fellow players doesn't really hold the water for me, especially since it lasts for a quite long time.

A few players mentioned earlier today removing trophies, rewards, etc. While I agree with you that decent punishment would include removing trophies and Ds from Pine's account and distributing them to players who took placements below them, I don't know if it's entirely possible. What I know is manageable is taking certain actions to prevent farther similar attempts and that's something I can take care of during my term. That's what I can promise.

Also agree with those who said that someone from higher-ups should have checked on it way earlier, instead of players investigating it on their own, then reporting it and so on, you know already how the process goes... After all, it was in their interests as well and also part of their job. It would have saved us so much time and spared many players from the frustration this issue caused. So I wish we can hear their side of story as well, and perhaps get compensated in some way for the caused damage. I believe that would be fair.

I wish this thing was dealt with much earlier and in a different way, but I am also glad we can finally have some closure and be done with it. We can't turn the time back. All we can do is focusing on now. The justice is often slow but never missing. Speaking of time, only this project alone lasted for over 4 months! It took a lot of time, a lot of dedication and effort but it was worthy. I am happy it means a lot to many of you and hope it can mend the damage at least a bit.

 For my own personal statement
Around December, January, i had the site open CONSTANTLY. Every moment i was awake the site was open on my phone or second monitor. I was doing my best to take every possible duel i could. At first i assumed PCUMA just won more duels because of her high level, so i started doing my best to grind levels. Then later after i worked to understand how trophies are calculated, and just looked at her stats more in this process. I realized she might have playing every possible duel, which is now confirmed. This ruined the game play for me, knowing that no matter my stats or activity I will never be able go get a trophy without spending money on the game i do not have. Or saving diamonds for months, missing crazes.
At some point i considered sleeping in two sessions, purposely waking up in the night to get in an extra 3 duels, it just wasn’t realistic.
I love the dueling system, and i think that gameplay without cheaters or bots (unrelated), would be an extremely fun competitive aspect to the site. Genuine competition. Where sleep does matter, refills are worth it. But i am unmotivated to play duel’s competitively and have been ever since i realized PCUMA’s habits, so i focus on building my own stats more now.

Sleep deprivation
I would like some of you to google the affects and dangers of severe or long term sleep deprivation, as some are assuming the stats are displaying.
But if you wish to not they can include:
- strokes
- heart attacks
- depression
- kidney diseases
- heart diseases
- depression
- anxiety
Even if PCUMA's gameplay was genuine, it would be better for her if she was restricted. It feels like negligence if an assumed addiction, and harmful disorder was causing this and everyone went good job. I mean peoples body and life their choice, but allowing that?? feels too far, just letting someone harm themself. However i do not think that is the case, i firmly believe it is a automating plug in.

My mum also has like 15 years of sleep apnea, i have watched the affects of like pretty bag sleep deprivation for most of my life. Just the fatigue and brain fog would damage the dueling consistency. My mum forgets about her own mobile games she has played for years due to her symptoms and experience.

My dad works as a network engineer, he is a nerd. So i asked him about this sort of stuff to see if it was possible, it is. I asked my nerdy friends as well and they even linked me one. Which I have censored because i don't want to encourage people to use it. You can just google the right combination of words and find an insane amount of free ones.



in response to your question about the automated clickers -

me and my friends would play minecraft all the time and we would make mob xp farms where you could just sit and wait for mobs to spawn, kill them, and collect xp for it, we would sometimes use automated clickers if we wanted to gain xp and be afk at the same time. they absolutely do exist and are very easy to get.

because PCUMA still hasn't responded, despite this being the third day i am going to have to vote guilty. i saw that others have suggested taking away all her trophies as punishment and i 100% agree with doing that. PC did not earn those by working hard so she should not get to display them. I also remembering reading that someone suggested putting her in diamond debt (i forgot who it was) and that seems like a fair punishment to me. PCUMA has been doing this for YEARS, taking away diamonds and peoples real life hard earned money. I feel like the negative balance of diamonds on her account would be a constant reminder of the despair her cheating has caused others. I was also thinking about other punishments and i thought of not being able to let PC do duels anymore. I feel like that punishment might actually be too harsh lol, plus i dont even think it would be possible.

If this was a regular court thread there would be 72hrs for defense and then 72hrs for voting guilty/not guilty. However, I found out that PB cannot make the proper court thread that includes automated poll that appears open and closed in a proper time and also can't add the prosecuted player to that thread. All previous court threads that looked properly were made by admins actually.
Initially this thread was started in court forum section because of the benefits of that automated poll with set timing but since it didn't work in the expected way and I couldn't add Pine there I moved it in this forum section. In court threads only senators can write, Pine is not a senator and without ability to add her she wasn't able to write there. On the other hand, this topic touches many other players who are not senators and they should be able to write too.

It was officially open about 10min later at 22:15
I messaged them Apr 28th 04:35

That being said, it's very unlikely they don't know about this. The topic was listed in Ximboland news slider and it is still listed in Hot in forum slider. Beside that they received the message from me when I realized they most likely didn't receive the default court message. Needles to say, there's no reply.
They also stopped with regular activities since yesterday morning, including duels. The numbers haven't changed since then. 

They have 72 hours from the time the topic was moved which is May 1st 15:24 BL time. If they come online again meanwhile but keep silent they will be jailed.

i think all of the above mentioned punishments would be fair, but if it's even possible, the fairest in my opinion would be to block pcuma from taking duels. i don't know her personally, so i don't know what she's capable of, but if someone is a cheater i suppose they'd be likely to cheat again.

if preventing someone from just taking duels is impossible, there's also banning, but i don't have an opinion whether they should be banned altogether or for some period of time or if they shouldn't be banned at all. being punished so severely and in multiple ways could also make the player stop playing the game on their own because there's no profit and fun anymore.

All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.
