The data is definitely stacked up against PCUMA... I'm interested to see what she has to say, then i will make a decision. I def agree with spiffy that we should give pinecone some leniency since we don't know the full story but i just don't see how PCUMA is going to defend never going to sleep. Even if she had a disorder like FFI, how would she prove its legit ??

In most of cases explanation is simple - players who placed above used refills. I think Craiglist and Katie are willing to confirm they heavily used refills in months they won, one in January, other one in February. In September 2022 Valeg took first place due to the glitch and reported it. It happened that points from the previous month just translated to the new one due to the bug related to timing. Similar thing happened once during weekly reset.
All of these players were checked too. There are longer gaps in their dueling time as well as more than 3 duels within 1.5 hour while they were active due to refills.
EDIT: The problem is not in winning or being first, but in the way how it gets achieved. If someone has to spend so much money to fight the script it's not ok. Then on the other side the one who uses 'illegal' means actually earns a lot of diamonds from dueling without spending any single one of them on duels.
Math again : 1st place in monthly duels gives 1000 Ds prize, 1st in weekly 150 Ds. Keeping up being first all the time through the month can earn the player 1000 + 4x150 = 1600 Ds. And that's all for free, while other players actually spend their diamonds on duels.
In short, some players spend their real money on Ds while someone with the script leech them from the game.

I have always sort of admired Pinecone for her determination to achieve gold. It's a great shame that now that determination has been undermined by the possibility of not doing it her self and using an automated tool to achieve their goal. This indeed indicates an unfair advantage over other players.
I'm not sure how I feel about banishment, after all what harm other than to their own reputation have they done? They are gaining an advantage but they aren't truly cheating anyone but themselves. Of course there are some players that will feel cheated out of Diamonds because they have refilled to try to catch up or stay in the top positions in the leader boards. I totally sympathies with those players.

There are several types of cheating around here, most of which are against the rules, either through gangs, defamation, simultaneous accounts or like the case in question.
I really like her look and profile, but I'm pretty disappointed with everything I'm reading, there are amazing players here who feel aggrieved by her, and play by the rules.
Honestly, I think it's valuable when we debate via court, it reminds us that the game is watched and monitored, that the work of Prime and the senators is real.

It looks like we have certain issues with the poll, a few players reported they are not senators but were able to vote. However they can't write here.
I also noticed polls made by me this time and Dye last year are different that past ones. I didn't have an option to add prosecuted player to this discussion, it seems only admins can do that, and since Pineconeupmyass is not a senator they cannot write here.
For that reason I am going to move this topic in a different forum section. It's not really fine if prosecuted player can't write here. Non-senators can vote but can't write. Beside that, many players who are active in duels are not senators and this thing might matter to them as well. They also have a say in this case as affected parties.

This game is an obsession for me and I can say the most duels I've ever done was 250 in one total week and I didn't even get close to the leaderboards. The excuse of PCUMA having OCD is total bullshit and frames people like me with OCD in a bad light.
