very much feeling burnt out of the site. been looking at other people's outfits for inspiration but ive literally been hating everything i make i have two looks i have permanently on my profile n that's it everything else switches out :-// wld appreciate it if anyone cld tell me either how they build their outfits or where they get their inspiration from!!! maybe it's this background i wanted to use so badly that's kicking my ass, i feel like i gotta make everything match it (the one with the window with greenery outside on my profile, i probably will b deleting that outfit shortly and trying again)
I like your style Ambercrystals, it's really unike and the three outfits you've got are really well put together! However I also get where you're coming from, it's hard to come up wit a style you truly like and enjoy creating looks for. It took me quite some time to get my style right and to my liking. I love the 1800's as an era and decided to try making looks based on that and afterwords other eras, and I've stuck to it for quite some time now - evolving it while purchasing more items from the shop. It also helped my style that I spend a lot time learning to layer things.
I guess my advice for finding your particualy style is to base it on something you enjoy, it could be a telly-show, novel, era, anything really and try making it your own. Btw it some times helps me to complete outfits if I first add the background as the last thing. ☼
