That’s understandable, don’t worry. I think you’d make a lovely candidate but of course not everyone wants to take on this job (admittedly a scary one, not gonna lie) + a lot of us do have busy lives outside of here. However if you ever find yourself having free time at all, I still think you’d be a great secretary!

i totally agree with everyone, specifically with what dove and queerla have had to say on this. the next question being how are these secretaries elected? i think it makes sense to have a google docs application announcement, similar to the FG applications opened a while ago, this way it's visible to all users and won't get lost in forums. then they could be vetted for making sure applicants fit the requirements, next question is who votes on these? i feel like if voting is open to the general bimbo population it could become a popularity contest, or skewed by fake accounts. it could be exclusive to the state ministers, prime bimbo, fashion police considering these secretaries will be who they are working with, what do you guys think? maybe a vote could be open in the senators lodge?
I’d rather not have the vote be limited to senators only—I will not be a paying user anytime soon, and honestly I think I’d use one of my grails just to vote if this were the case. Someone earlier mentioned populace voting from the general public which yes, might turn into a “who’s more well-known” contest, but I don’t think that matters when we’re asking for up to 4 secretaries + they’re all going to be highly qualified people regardless. I’ve already named a few candidates here and I’m sure there’s other users who are highly qualified as well. These jobs wouldn’t be just handed out to anyone I imagine—Tr*ggot’s list of requirements is ideal for picking someone.

I think I mentioned it earlier, I forgot. But it shouldn’t be people who are already in power right now. We want to balance out the team with more individuals who are actually well-educated in the manners of the minority community on here. I know that personally I only find one of the current FGs trustworthy and somewhat represents my identity in the Pink House, but that’s just one.

I definitely think this is a good idea, but it would be really important
for the secretaries to have some actual power to hold everyone
(including each other) accountable for discriminatory behavior. What
would their powers be, and how would they be different to forum
guardians?
My proposed idea is that these secretaries could be responsible for dealing with reports that are specifically about discriminatory behavior. I'm not entirely sure how this would work functionally, it may require reworking the way the report system works so I'm not sure how realistic it is.

I honestly think it's unlikely that the pink house team would let the secretaries have any power over them so the reports would be a good way for them to still address issues.
