Pay off my parents' debts, including their house.
Get my legal stuff figured out so people can't claim the money for some reason or another. Like I wouldn't at least mind paying some relatives through college but if some 6th cousin tries to sue me for no apparent reason like nope, get out of here.
Temporarily change my name since my state legally requires that lottery winners announce publicly and that comes with a whole host of problems.
Pay for all my siblings and any kids they have/may have up to and including college funds.
Discuss stocks with my dad and talk to our tax guy, but with some privacy clause or something.
Put a lot of it away but also donate a lot of it? Like there are some people I know who frankly deserve to be showered in money so they don't need to stress about it and I'm pretty good as I am right now.
