Thanks for raising your concern. Just to clarify—neither I nor my FP have jailed anyone at this point.
The new treason law came into effect around the same time I stepped into the role of Minister of Justice, so any jailing that happened before that would’ve been under the previous MoJ's rules and decisions.
Unfortunately, I can’t reverse actions taken before my term started, as they fall under the authority and policy of my predecessor.

Brothers and sisters may I please ask why I, bxdcherri, former prime bimbo, state minister and minister of justice have been banned from the site with no warning or reason? When my last logged in date was in February? What rule did I break? Why was there no trial?
Can I please be told what the hell happened/is happening? Have I been banned for breaking these new rules before they were put in place?
There was a hack and you was accused off it, well mostly your bf by the previous MoJ (before Blecky) and Chris agreed with that MoJ. You're not the only one that got banned in the past 2 weeks over hacks and so called betrayal on BL. As far as i am aware Chris was banning so message him.

My previous post was removed for undermining the government which, fair okay, but there isn’t really a way that this won’t come across as undermining. I am challenging the decision to blindly ban my account without proper cause, which to some, will come across as undermining, but I have a right to do this as I have purchased things on this account which have now been taken away from me unjustly. Not only that, but this is LITERALLY DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. I have been accused of a literal CRIME. The below is a statement based on my understanding of how the site owner believes you should not cry over silly little words on the internet and as such, I believe this does not break any rules.

Since I have sank 100s and 100s of pounds into this site I’d have hoped SweetAsNuts would have done some kind of an investigation and not just blindly believed what someone told him. Knowing that we worked together and have spoken privately on many different occasions, I would have expected a bit more respect for the work I have put in, alongside everyone else, who maintained this site not only in his absence but when he came back.
Just so I understand the reason for my banning: Richard Fromage was accused of hacking and yet there is no evidence to support this or trial to be had? And then I was what, guilty by association? XD I bet I was actually banned because last time I logged on I blocked Katie because I was sick of the harassment from her and was getting messages outside of Ximboland with “Katie’s done this, Katie’s done that, Katie’s jailing you, Katie’s slating you on the forums” and I didn’t want to be involved in drama anymore, despite being logged off for a literal year.
I know Rich called people out for their bs and rubbed people the wrong way, but I don’t see how that means he’s got the brains to hack into a site?
From what I’ve gathered the hacker deleted some outfits and ruined state wars? Be so for real guys, do you not think if someone had the time, energy and knowledge to hack this site they’d do something a bit worse? Being hacked is a serious thing, I’d be very VERY worried about what that hacker saw and took from the database. Banning people does not do a single thing to help the fact there’s potentially someone out there now with peoples credit card information.
Just in case it wasn’t clear, NO, me and Rich did not hack this website, for Christ sake. That is an incredibly bold accusation and to just blindly ban myself and Rich without even contacting us, forming a trial, showing evidence or asking for our side is not what I would have expected. Don’t get me wrong, I expect very little from this site now, but during my term as PB me and Chris at least agreed on fair punishment to rule breakers. I haven’t even been online since Feb, logged in for 3 days and then before that I hadn’t logged in since Halobears term. I’m not involved in any of this, whatever this is, anymore and don’t care to be - so how I am STILL involved, over a year later, is baffling.
The reason I keep getting dragged back here is because me and Katie at one point in time were VERY close and ironically everyone warned me not to be. Did I listen? No. I cared for Katie and I thoroughly enjoyed the spark she gave to the site and the world through her eyes. We became close outside of XL, messaging almost every day. Then one day the “roleplaying” went in a direction I didn’t like. I had introduced Katie to a fair few people close to me in my personal life, including Rich. And “Slayto” (Katie’s alter ego) decided he/she didn’t like Rich. I was not okay with the way “Slayto” spoke about my boyfriend and then further claiming I was “used goods”. I’m not one to cry about what people say in passing on the internet, but the intensity of the “role playing” and the involvement in now MY PERSONAL LIFE - I decided this was too far and it wasn’t for me. I tried to speak to Katie about this in a serious manner but this didn’t help and I was still uncomfortable so I decided to distance myself from her. She became overbearing and vicious at points, saying things behind my back to my friends and deliberately becoming petty. Then, god forbid, I called her annoying on the forums and so started her seemingly lifelong mission to piss me off.
The bottom line, SweetAsNuts, is that Katie has convinced you that me and Rich are to blame because she doesn’t like us. You've been wrapped up in a 50 year old man’s unhealthy obsession with a 21 year old girl on the internet who’s roleplay is reality. This obsession is stretching nearly 2 years on now. I don’t want a part in that and that is my decision, but I would have expected you to not BAN me over an accusation Katie cannot prove, BECAUSE IT DIDNT HAPPEN.
I did not spend 2 and a half years of my life dedicated to this site and its community to then randomly decide to go and delete peoples outfits? The community is why I loved this game so much, so why on Earth would I decide to disrupt that? I stepped down from PB because I knew the community was not what was being prioritised and when I realised there was NOTHING I could do to stop XL going in the direction it was going, even as PB, I left. I don’t have a vendetta against the people here and never have. Make it make sense, what reason could I possibly have for hacking this site?
