Why not go for a trip to a warmer area for a while?

I mean you might not like the warmer places but it's just for a few days and then go back to the better location.
I gave up on traveling in America. The people are not nice anymore. People like me get robbed, in the only places that are warm right now. Besides that I'm just suffering from the 'blues'. When the length of day begins to be very short, and nighttime's become very long. Living in the far North, and at a high elevation, does it to me every year. I used to use tanning bed's, but I stopped doing that because of my fear's of skin-cancer. It really helped with my moods though. The trade off doesn't seem worth it though, now that I don't feel the need to be so vain about my appearance.
I mean why not still look after your body? You say you look half the age you are then keep it up. Do you exercise? Do you keep fit?
Of course I do.... but artificially tanning drys out my skin very badly. My job is very good for my body too. In fact I got some fabulous compliment's yesterday. For a woman to be told she looks like she is 26 is something that is priceless coming from a man of 26. My own children are that old and already look like they are my father when we are together LOL.
Living a fairly stress free life really helps. I really have nothing to complain about ether. As long as I stay away from the public as much as possible. It sounds counter-intuitive but people cause me stress, especially the ones who call themselves my friend's just to use me for _____ money, popularity, charity, maid service, Free drinks, ect. Then make a mess in my home I need to clean up to feel good again about my 'living space'.

I am curious to know how strong you are like how much can you lift?
I routinely lift my own body weight. 120 lb.
I'm certainly not a body-builder type. I don't like the appearance of 'cut' muscles on women like the photo's on your profile. It's not feminine in my opinion. Being just firm, is much better for the skin and health, as you grow older.

Yeah well that's good too. To be honest I want to be bigger but not bodybuilder big myself. I just want to be fit. Like mostly cardio so I can run long distances without getting gassed out.
