so true!!! i usually have 2 remind myself that i KNOW ill feel better after i shower, and i KNOW ill feel bad if i dont. ive been coming out of my depressive episode so that helps a lot too

ahhh this was nice ty!! sometimes i get so embarrassed when my friends are like "omg i havent showered for three days im SO GROSS" and im like ya....ew..... like saying this makes it sound like i SMELL which i dont like i change out my underwear n wash my vag n stuff LMFAO this is just such a touchy subject n i dont want ppl to think im gross :') but ya the devil works hard but the executive dysfunction works harder!!!!!

but ya like i said its nothing 2 b ashamed about!! u know ur trying ur best and sometimes ppl just dont understand that just living can be more effort for some ppl. ive recently kinda started iding as disabled not in a huge way just 2 myself just bc there are things that r so hard for me that an abled person wouldnt think twice about doing. im also autistic n i struggle w a lot of social situations and public spaces and giving myself the space to be like hey, its fine that u cant be here/do this rn, u dont have to hold urself to their standards, has helped me a lot. kinda a ramble and im def not saying thats the right choice 4 u just saying that when it comes to individual stuff u just gotta accept ur limitations and not try to force urself 2 live like a nt person would, and not berate urself 4 not being able 2 do so
