You are right. It is possible to fix it. Since all fringes and tufts are double each one of them can be switched with real 'true black' and the rest to stay in already existing slightly warm shade. I can't tell you at the moment when update is going to happen but it will be written on our to do list.
It is already in plans to fill the gap with missing hairstyles tones, at least when it comes to very basic ones like black, blonde/white and brown. Some of older hairstyles have up to 25 original shades + 6 new, while some newer have only about 10 original shades + new shades. There are 71 different hairstyles in total. It will certainly take time to sort them and see what is missing so it's impossible to tell you exact time frame when missing colors will be added but this task is already on 'to do' list.
'Alyssamoon's gaga rubber dress' in black will be added soon together with some other recolors.
EDIT: And yeah, both of you stay on topic. This is not the thread to discuss PB or any other matter except items recolor. Whoever has unresolved personal issues with other players please do it elsewhere in forum if there is a thread for that, do it via PMs or don't do it at all. Thank you!

This might be a far-fetched suggestion but if you really want recolours of objects often, why not download a free editing program and give it a go yourself? Paint tool Sai is what I use, and what better time is there to learn a new skill now that most of us are locked inside, hm? :P

P.S. More colors of Gaga rubber dress, Seduction dress, Trailer belt, Cake (renamed to Cake glove and moved from Bags to Gloves) and Collar (renamed to Dolly Collar) were added in shop.
