Yes, the site was down for 21 hours, from a little over 01:00 Bimboland time last night, to a little over 22:00 Bimboland time tonight. How is this even possible? Same error message as before: The page isn't redirecting properly.

Honorscollege, sadly the Terms of Service state (somewhere) that Bimboland's owner is in no way obliged to reimburse you for any lost artifacts or any lost anything. He covered his bases well. We can only chirp about all the stuff we lost (I lost 12 hours on 5 double reputation artifacts) but nothing can ever come out of it.
Such misplaced zeal... Their eyes remain closed to the true path. Not like you... my devoted Chosen...

When users can be given rewards for reporting bugs and winning contests, it's not like this would be impossible.

What Alexstrasza says is correct.
It's under 19. Liability in the Terms and Conditions:
"Bimbolands is not responsible for any difficulty encountered in the
publication of Contents, creations or contributions posted or uploaded
by the Players or, more generally, all disruptions in the Internet
network which may affect the use of the Game, the website or the
discussion forums."
"Bimbolands is not liable for any poor functioning of the website and/or
the Game for any specific Internet browser. Bimbolands does not
guarantee that the website and/or the Game will work permanently without
interruptions, that it does not contain any computer errors of any
sort, or that the defects noted are to be repaired."
By making an account in Bimboland, we all sadly agreed to these terms, and therefore can't expect any reimbursement for the loss of artifacts or paid game time (senatorship).

I have noticed, correct me if I am wrong that the crashes happen before a voting for the DQFC contest, this time and last month as well. the day before the voting starts the site crashes for me. I don't know but it could be a coincidence. but damn this was the longest crash for me for far in the last 5 months i have played the game. 13 or so hours for me

The site died a day before DQFC voting started. Also I'm kinda sure the last crash was unrelated to DQFC voting, but I really wanna be wrong. Maybe if it is actually DQFC related Sachem can finally pinpoint what's causing it.

I was actually about to start a forum post discussing that until I found this one, I thought it only happens to me as this has happened a lot of times, I know it's a game, but I was annoyed at not being able to use my artifacts or that I was about to get lottery card and I lost it. It's also annoying that none of the staff tries to explain to us why or when this happens, like if they told us we would've understood :/

Well at least 2 crashes this year were unrelated to DQFC. But during events like DQFC or Prime Bimbo/StateMinister elections we had these kind of crashes too. So it seems that every time something "extra" is happening the site can't handle it.
