There is no true winner. That graph only showed who spent their points directly. There would've been at least two more days left and some states, even if they had the points, they saved them. But you already know this. You just seem to enjoy going around presenting your own version of events as the absolute truth.
If we're talking about points, both spent and unspent, the individual leaderboard is still visible for everyone to see and do their own math before making any claims. Based on those numbers, Atheista and Freethinkerland were leading both in points and in player activity,
As for the other accusations you've made, they do not represent PH's position in any way. If you have actual evidence, please submit it to the admins. You could submit it to me but it's not even worth mentioning, considering how much you seem to enjoy playing your own little games.
Surprisingly, though, I do agree with the last part of your post. It's all fun and games until it isn't. Hacking can indeed be a criminal offense and legal action can (and should) be taken against those responsible. We'll see what the admins' position is on this and how we'll proceed from there. 1. Neither Charmz.net, myself, nor ccatfish are involved in this. We have been in Miami all weekend and only just returned home. I am very disappointed to see this progression of events happen once again. It is never exciting to see people’s information, time, and real life money go to waste due to the immaturity of others. Even if I have personal disputes with Chris, I have no interest in getting myself in jail or setting Charmz and its reputation at risk.

I am unsure if any of the original posts and/or links posted by nullplayer still exist, though it would be worth double checking. I do not personally believe this attack is via those original routes; I would suggest looking into the recent international news on the php2shell exploits discovered this weekend.
3. I do not know who did this. Nor is it any of my business, to assume I have aided in anything of the sort is a pure farce. Ximboland is in the past for me, I do not wish to engage in any psychotic delusions relating myself or my colleagues to this sort of behavior.

The rewards weren't given to the hacker or the state they were manipulating. That's exactly what we were trying to prevent by giving other states enough points to overtake them. Our goal wasn't to redirect the rewards, but simply to end State Wars before more players spent their time and diamonds when the hack was underway.
The winning state was neutral in all of this and they were simply one of the active ones and the fastest to step in and help bring SW to an end. Even if we don't know who would've actually won, the rewards are still well deserved. And that would've been true for any state, because everyone put effort into this <3
