I'm just a sucker for good food recipes, and I also love exchanging all kinds of recipes! So why not exchange some recipes together? Can be a link to a video, recipe page, or something you wrote down yourself, here are some recipes I tried out myself and adore

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Yv3KdYpV_60
 - Flour and egg coated zucchini slices

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3T0nnskSkwk - Candied lime peel (works with any citrus peel)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YmsCOjlqx4M - Baked cowboy dip (delicious with nachos)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGs81amO3pQ - Three types of fusion pasta

Nacho casserole with pulled chicken
Ingredients (feeds 3 people)
1 bag nacho chips natural
2 chicken breasts (300 gr)
50 gr grated cheese
1 bell pepper
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 red onion
1 small can of corn (150 gr)
250 g mushrooms (sliced)
6 cherry tomatoes

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (446 degrees Fahrenheit) (with grill if possible). Bring a pan of water to boil and cook the chicken breasts in it for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the onion and the bell pepper into pieces. Fry it in a pan with a little oil. Then add the mushrooms and season with a little salt and pepper.

Remove the chicken from the pan and pull apart with two forks so that you have pulled chicken. Mix the BBQ sauce and ketchup through the chicken. Spread half of the nachos over the bottom of an oven dish. Place the fried vegetables and pulled chicken on top. Drain the corn and divide about half over the vegetables and the pulled chicken.

Cover the dish with the remainder of the nachos and sprinkle with the remainder of the corn. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and divide over the nacho casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and grill the casserole in the oven for 8 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely.

Tip: Delicious with sour cream.

Iced Tea

Ingredients
1.5L of water
6 teabags (any preferred flavor, English blend for standard)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of liquid honey
Lemon juice to taste

Preparation

Boil 1.5L of water, once boiling turn off the heat and pour in the sugar, honey, and steep the teabags for 10 minutes or to your own preference

Once steeped strain the tea (I personally skip this step and the tea still turned out fine so it all depends on if you want tea residue on the bottom or not) and let it cool, then place in your fridge to cool down further, you will be left with about roughly 1L of tea after evaporation

Once the tea has cooled down completely add lemon juice to your preference

Add any preferred ingredients if you have them such as lemon slices, orange slices, mint leaves, flavoring, etc. (not included in the price list)

Casserole with Bugles (feeds 3 people)

Ingredients
1 bag of Bugles 125 gr
160 gr (vegan) chicken
1 bell pepper
1 small can of corn
1 red onion
130 g black beans (drained)
pinch cumin
pinch paprika powder
pinch salt and pepper
2 tablespoons salsa sauce
300 ml sieved tomatoes
75 gr grated cheese

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the (vegan) chicken in pieces. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and also fry in the pan.

Add cumin, paprika and a pinch of salt and pepper. Drain the corn and beans and add to the pan with chicken and peppers. Add the sieved tomatoes and the salsa sauce. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.

Place the sauce in an oven dish. Divide the Bugles on top and sprinkle generously with cheese. Gratin the oven dish briefly in the oven (5 minutes) until the cheese has melted nicely. Make sure the Bugles don't get dark. Garnish the Bugles dish with some spring onions and extra corn.

I’m on a keto diet and one of my favorite things to make is broccoli cheddar soup with bacon.

Cook bacon to desired crunchiness/set aside
steam about 3 heads of broccoli and set aside

Chop up one onion, finely shred one carrot and finely chop 2 celery stalks and then sauté in a pan with a pinch of olive oil. Once softened, add in your broccoli, one container of low sodium chicken stock, pepper and a whole block or velveeta cheese or a whole bag of shredded mild cheddar (though I usually also add mozzarella too). Once the mixture is boiling and the cheese melts, add in the bacon. That’s basically it!

One other of my faves is zucchini taco boats made with spicy pork sausage. The only difference between this and regular tacos is that you scoop out the middle part of the zucchini, brush with olive oil and then bake it for 20 minutes or air fry it for like 6. So goooood!

So, I live in Hungary
Here's a Hungarian dish; it's called Egg soup :]

You will need,
1 1/2 L of water
Oil
Flour
6 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Cumin
Salt
Vinegar
Hungarian Paprika (it's just paprika)
3-4 Bay laurels
-
Add in two tablespoons of oil, heat it up and then two tablespoons of flour
Mix it into a slurry
Once it's a slurry, add in all the water and then two table spoons of paprika
Add in the bay laurels too.
-
In a bowl, beat up 2 out of 6 eggs and wait for the water to partially to boil
After that, beat up the remaining 4 eggs and pour it in slowly while mixing it

After 10 minutes, it's done! :]

Overall the cooking time should be half an hour, it's delicious even if it sounds weird trust bro trust

Cheese Instant Noodles
For broke college students or people that just want something quick.

Ingredients:
1 Pack of Instant Noodles (not the cup kind)
1 pack of Instant Noodle Seasoning (comes with noodles)
2 1/2 slices of cheese (of your choosing, you can add more or less depending on how cheesy you want it)
3-4 Tablespoons of milk (depending on how loose and creamy you want your sauce) (what kind of milk doesn't matter, but i've used 2%)
Optional
1 teaspoon of siracha or hot sauce of your choosing. Cayenne or chili powder/flakes works as well.
Any seasonings you may like
Instructions
Set aside a small pot of water, and let it boil.
Add your noodles, and cook them to your desired 'cooked-ness' or something. Extremely soft noodles are not recommended. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
In a sauce pan, add your milk and heat it up a bit. Do not let the milk boil.
On low heat, add your cheese, mixing it around until it is incorporated with the milk. If the sauce is thick beyond your liking, add more milk until you get the consistency you desire.
Turn down the heat until it is on it's lowest setting, add a little bit of your seasoning packet, or season it to taste.
If you decide to add hot sauce/siracha or your hot seasoning, add it now. Do not use too much, or you might overpower the sauce. If you do, it's fine. Add a half slice of cheese and and a teaspoon of milk. Play around with the amounts if you want, i'm not your mom.
Add the noodles, and viola, you have a struggle meal.

This recipe is quick and easy, and kinda good. -iiden

Great lemon tart recipe I got from a friend, one of my favourite desserts

ingredients:
sweet short crust pastry
4 eggs
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1Tbsp grated lemon zest
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 cup cream
dried rice/chickpeas/beans whatever works
optional icing sugar for dusting

pastry preparation
1. preheat oven to 190 C (374F)
2. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured board and put it in a greased “23cm shallow tin” (although anything works for this) trim the edges and chill for 10 minutes in the fridge
3. use greaseproof paper or tinfoil and put it into the pastry case. Put the dried rice or substitute on the paper (to prevent the pastry from rising) you can’t use the rice afterwords but you can save it to reuse in the same way
4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the rice and paper. Bake for another five minutes

Filling!
1. beat the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and caster sugar until combined, lightly beat in the cream
2. pour It all into the pastry case
3. bake for 5 minutes, then turn the oven down to 150 C (302F) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tart is set
4. dust with icing sugar if you’d like

it doesn’t always come out looking the best, but it tastes amazing!

Okay so my FAVORITE meal to make for myself is stir-fry
I make some REALLY good ones
I make my own sweet and sour sauces and spicy peanut sauces completely from scratch
Recently spicy peanut has been my favorite so

First of all, no measurements, I never measure my ingredients I just follow my heart

In a pan, add soy sauce, mix in sugar,
either siracha or cajun seasoning, I prefer cajun for this
Some ginger powder
Garlic
Honey
Peanut butter
And ginger powder
Then salt to taste
And then mix that into whatever foods you have prepared, I usually just use frozen fajita blend and fried tofu because it's easy and fast
And then have with rice or something on the side!

I can also give my favorite easy bread recipe if anyone wants it!
