Role = Justice Minister
Laws and regulations need to be upheld in any civil society and it is the job of the Justice Minister to do so.
This is probably the toughest role in the whole of Ximboland. We are a vibrant and dynamic community of Ximbos however that means we have a vibrant and dynamic array of opinions.

However, as we have seen, the interpretation of those rules and laws varies from Ximbo to Ximbo.
One person's interpretation of 'harassment' is another person's interpretation of 'humour'. One person's interpretation of 'abuse' is another person's interpretation of a 'fact'.
Roughly speaking we have 2 divergent groups of Ximbos. Those whom believe in 'more rules and governance' and those who believe in 'less rules and governance'.
There is only 1 fair way to govern Ximboland and that is to trust in 1 person from each of these 2 divergent blocks per term to step up and administer the rules and justice as they see fit.
Starting from August 1st I will personally appoint a Justice minister every term alternating from a 'rules based' justice minister to a 'freedom based' justice Minister back to a rules based Justice minister back to a freedom based justice minister and so on and so on ad Infinium.
This way if you dont like the rules/Justice minister you can simply avoid Ximboland for 3 months and come back soon to an environment more to your liking.
The Justice Minister should be strong, able to take criticism and not buckle under pressure. You will get called horrid names and you will be under scrutiny but nonetheless you must go on.
You are a cross between a politician, the police and a judge.
You will work closely with the PX and the other ministers and support them in their endeavours to improve Ximboland.
The Justice minister's responsibilities are varied but primarily involve setting out your sublaws. Sublaws involve explaining your interpretation of our laws and informing the public how they will be interpreted.
You will then be responsible for governing these laws using the court and jail system as your tools.
It is a big job but an important one. In a way you are the most powerful person in all of Ximboland.
Powers = The Justice Minister has the ability to post in the Ximboland court and call a Bimbo to trial. The Justice Minister can pin posts, create pop ups, post in Pink House office and private forum. They can delete posts and issue immediate jail terms for up to 7 days only.
In extreme cases they can call Ximbos to trial for 1 or 2 or 3 month jail terms running no longer than up to the next election (whichever is shortest). The senators must issue a guilty sentence.
The Justice Minister can forward all Ximbos recommended for perma ban to the Ximbo HQ
If the role gets too tricky you will be able to appoint volunteer fashion police to help you.
Rewards = a 1/4 of the treasury funds on completion of a completed government term.
This is a new role so I am sure it will change and expand over time.
For this first term I will appoint whoever stands out as the best candidate. When you apply you must tell me if you are a 'rules orientated' or a 'freedom oriented' Justice Minister candidate. Then for the next term I will appoint someone whom is from the other 'block' and so on and so forth.
