i need to come up with some ideas for spring vacation with my boyfriend.
...we plan to go on vacation every year. and we always forget about planing something ...and then make some short term decisions
(mostly go visit some friends. wich always is nice: some of them live in a really nice part of germany and it is about 8 hours to drive there, so i rarely see them. others live in berlin and it is always something to do there. ...and other friends i just love to see and hang out with [...we hiked through the spreewald last summer, which would have been very boring, but we went with some really nice guys and girls who travel and work for 3 years. called "Wandergesellen" in german, an old tradition... we went along with the "baken hunters" ;)] ... and i love visiting my brother and my old housemates ... i used to move a lot and love to visit my old homes! but, visiting people or do something with friends means, that we always are around others, partying a lot. and we want to do something "nice" together, just us.)
now, we finally want to sit down to plan something. for the second half of may probably.
but its hard. my boyfriend never says what he likes. when i ask him "do you like to go somewhere and do something activ, ...like biking through italy for example, or do you prefer to relax somewhere on a beach?" he thinks about it, and then asks me back what i like.
...and i could do both. would love to do both, with him. (i would have to train a little for that biking thing, but that would be okay.) or something completly different. ...or do nothing this year, take some time to arrange two month off work next year to plan to go to new zealand ...or something like that (would love to travel somewhere far away... but i think, for that we should have more then two weeks!). but , we should plan something, otherwise we will never do it.
and i find it hard to make suggestions, because it feels like he would agree to everything i suggest...
