I'm not going to read everything that's being said in this thread because it is not important to my personal and professional opinion on how this case was handled (and I'm sure you all still remember how I feel about acting in a professional way)
As someone who has actual modding and staffing experience for more than half a decade and ongoing by now I just want to say that making a court case out of this situation and putting all of these users on the spot like this was completely unnecessary, and imo, extremely petty, anyone with decent experience in professional handling knows that you just do NOT do something like this
Posting screenshots of a Discord server as a majority of your proof rather than showing any actual onsite rule breaking behavior is not evidence enough to punish most of these users, you don't know the context behind the conversations either, you don't know if they were just dreaming big or joking or what, there's not a single site I've been on that didn't have users joke in a dedicated Discord server about taking over the site or doing other hypothetical stuff to it, until actual onsite rule breaking behavior is shown you can not base a punishment off of Discord screenshots alone, punish those who have broken rules ON the site with onsite evidence, don't punish those who haven't done anything on the site itself
As an addendum I want to note that Chris's stuff is entirely public for everyone to see, it's not stalking if his information is publicly available, whether it's right or not to make fun of him is irrelevant when it comes to punishing users onsite because this behavior took place offsite
This entire case feels like the staff is just lashing out at these users because they did not like what they were saying in their own private spaces and thus decided to make a wall of shame for them, you could have very easily decided these people's punishments WITHOUT making a court case and exposing screenshots from a private Discord server
I will not say whether or not they deserve to come back on alt accounts until I have seen more onsite evidence that they were actually breaking the rules rather than just talking about it

Give me the names of all the alt accounts belonging to all of these people AND solid onsite proof of the other rules all of these people were accused of breaking based on their conversations and THEN I will form an opinion on the situation and engage in an active discussion about it, if you're going to present your evidence you present all of it, not just half of itNo need. From the evidence presented they have already been found undeniably guilty and the information can be, and has been, verified by any trustworthy PH member. If you were paying attention to notice their multiple infringements of the rules on-site, you would have noticed that they spent weeks in jail. Yet why present that here when they have already been punished for all of those already? This current trial is to decide whether they should be allowed to keep their alts based on the evidence presented. If you think the evidence is insufficient, or the PH are mirroring the unprofessional you have exhibited countless times in the past apparently, you are free to abstain from voting! Take care.

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
