I’ve been around for years and have been Prime Ximbo myself, so I’m familiar with how the game functions and how crazes and pxfc setup work, those actually used to be part of PXs responsibilities.
If we are happy with MoE setting only crazes and PXFC themes, that's fine, but I see an issue settling with that:
Crazes can be set in advance and setting them up doesn't take alot of time, if you set them all up at once, it takes maybe 20 minutes, just take care they don't overlap. Then you'd have to remember to set pxfc theme once in a month, 3 times during the term.
Meanwhile, MoF and MoJ are expected to work more on regularly throughout their terms and the tasks are more time consuming (MoF: uploads, hopefully events / MoJ: forums and reports) yet they receive the same pay*. So I think it’s understandable that people may expect more from MoE than just crazes and PXFC themes.
(*hypothetical pay - I don't know why some people haven't been paid).
I know that Dean is busy, and I’m not blaming him, he won the election fairly. I just think it would help everyone if expectations and main tasks for each role were clearly defined, so both candidates and players know what to expect from the ministers.
Speaking of the expectations: What is Prime Ximbo expected to do now? Wiki says PX is the elected head of XL. Nice, but what does this even mean now that their old responsibilities have been divided between new minister roles?
Adding MoJ under presidential protection and having MoE role, it looks like PX won't have any say in the political or entertainment parts of the game anymore. I don't see PX doing shop related work either. So what's their position in between all these ministers and president?
Is there really a point to elect someone to post election reminders and rare updates (which we might not even get on each term) and fire ministers?
