People who make it interesting and don't take a penny for it. Shopmakers who create fantastic clothes, players who try to make competition more attractive by organizing contests. PB i SMs who also organize contest, share knowledge (because wiki is a piece of shit) and try to keep any kind of communication channel between team and players.
So what a great move to not respect your players and show them huge middle finger when they talk to you. I've never heard about any marketing strategy where you make your client mad with you.

I think this is a plot to earn more money. Since the power will be in the hands of two states, so the only chance at becoming PB is to change states. it takes 5000 bimbo dollars in order to change states. your forcing people to force their way out of their communities and making them pay in order to be able to have a voice. a voice that you often will ignore,
