Girl no one thinks the pics of your kids were sexual or exploitative. But how would you like if a troll took one of their pictures and used it as their profile picture on external social media sites- just to fuck with you? Because that’s happened before- before you ever joined the game. It happened off-site so no one could help you. Please understand that these profiles are not private and are open for the entire internet to view. How would you like if someone (not from ximboland) posted their pictures to the dark web to find out where you live and where they go to school? This is simply a matter of good judgement. There is obviously nothing about posting your kids to your profile that violates the game rules. And I can’t believe you are bringing this up again after you already decided to take their pics down.

I didn't decide to take them down. I was leaving this site at the time. I was convinced to stay. Posted pictures on my profile, and they were removed. But not by me. I figured it's either a glitch or admin. Felt it wouldn't hurt to ask. I am soooo far from concerned about the "dark web". If they wanted to do that they could just visit my FB. No one is gaining any sexual rise from the photos I posted. And I'm not living my life in fear of what wackos could do. They wanna come find me and my children, good luck. I'M ARMED. And my home has security. I worry more about locals than I do about people on the internet.

I truly appreciate this conversations attempt at creating more clarity to the constitution of Ximboland. It outlines many of the wonderful values and idea behind Ximboland. However, if such limitless leniency is allowed for a sitting government with no checks and balances, this thread will have accomplished absolutely nothing and been merely a waste of time. The "fixed/presidential" rules were already a followed practice on site. It is the other "flexible" rules that require clarification in the first place.
There should absolute, under no circumstances be ANY issues or behaviors, which the government is able to criminalize/decriminalize based on their personal opinions on them. That defeats the entire point of this whole discussion. These are the exact things we should have a common agreement on. The moderating side of PH should only be in charge of interpreting and enforcing the law, not deciding it in any capacity.
If there is a controversial issue which might be approached differently based upon the current government, those are the issues which should be decided directly in accordance to the will of the people. I suggest you hold an official, real discussion on each "controversial" topic that has risen in the past, and then perform a referendum vote on them, the result of which will form the basis of Ximboland's official position on the matter. That should be a much more democratic process than allowing ministers (whether elected or not) to "change" the laws with no checks or balances. That is the exact problem were trying to avoid here, isn't it?

We need a clear, permanent stand on all of these issues. (To which extent future PH governments might choose to punish violators of these codes of conduct in the future can be up to them to an extent, but it should not change whether or not these behaviour are punishable or not.) Since these are the issues you suggest might be either "allowed" or "punishable", they should be the first on the table for open and serious discussion. If in the future the public (or the government) should feel the need to modify, remove, or add to these rules, this process can then be renewed in an open and clear process. Let's get an actual juridical process going to solve our constitutional problems and not encourage a system of flipflopping from one unclear set of rules to another!

Freedom of speech and compelled speech are completely different things. You can't really claim to have freedom of speech if your rules force people to speak in a certain way. Having both creates a conflict and shows a lack of respect for the issue. I'm curious if the pronoun stuff is making a comeback in Ximboland. Nobody should be singled out or harassed for not going along with the woke ideology in Ximboland. I'd really like to hear your thoughts Mr. Nuts, on whether Ximboland is a place where someone reasonable like me can express myself without my account getting jailed for the most trivial reasons. Is this kind of targeted behavior against a minority going to be the norm in Ximboland? Constantly changing rules is unhelpful, especially for those who can’t tell the difference between free speech and speech that incites violence. Is it always going to be the woke versus the non-woke? It seems like they want to silence anyone who questions their narrative, and that’s not democracy, it’s fascism. I prefer clear and straightforward rules to follow, and I don't want to get penalized just for speaking the truth, just because it makes others uncomfortable.
