At this point the whole court system should just be abolished I think. This thread has quite literally gone to shit. I thought it was a good idea to have a system where we decide if we think the rule breakin' was severe enough to warrant a more/less serious punishment as opposed to the developers/game masters havin' total and absolute power to do whatever they want.
And like almost everyone has been super respectful, regardless of whether they supported a more lenient or strict punishment or just wanted to chime in with their opinion (as is natural with a forum). Or if they tried bein' objective and provide more information so everyone could make a more informed decision rather than votin' based on hearsay and incomplete evidence. Or if they wanted to express their frustration over their vote not matterin' due to developers doin' their own thing in the end anyway (another good reason to abolish the court in my opinion, since it's not really taken into consideration). Almost everyone said their piece in a super super commendable way.
But a few bimbos decided that it's impossible for them to voice their opinion without assaultin' others and their beliefs. This is the third time I've had a great day and then I read somethin' here and now I feel like total shit for bein' me and believin' what I do. I don't know, am I just too thin-skinned and oversensitive?
I do agree it's silly that only senators can post here and citizens can only watch in silence. We get enough advantages as is I think and this isn't even an advantage, it's just a weird rule.
Anyway, all this makes me think cheatin' should be handled exclusively by Team Bimbo. No more courts and player participation. They analyze the reports from players, they decide the punishment and they stay consistent with it. That's how it is in every other game. Got a problem with bein' banned for cheatin' even a little bit? Take it up with the developers and spew your hateful comments at 'em. Everythin' you did and are in the game is owned by the game company. Make a new account or stay out. I once got permanently banned in a game for actin' like a petulant child. I learned my lesson. I got insulted for not thinkin' the same way as someone else and/or bein' objective (the whole point of a court) twice in this thread. I'll find the lesson there somewhere I'm sure...
