Even those active are not always active on forum. And i was very surprise to discover that there are Bimbos who don't read messages at all. Like emma in this case. Nevermind.

I guess that now admins will decide what to do. As i know them, it may take either few days, or even few weeks.

Yeah I agree with earlier posters about who cares about this, honestly. It’s so low stakes. I really dislike the mentality you see from certain posters itt and elsewhere on the site, that assumes that everyone is interested in policing the behaviour of others on what is, after all, a game. Makes me want to cancel my Senator subscription. Btw, the bottom part of the comment box is cutting off my comment as I I type it - spend time fixing that instead of caring about this. Not sure why I need to log in and see comments about “17 of 64 senators voting...interesting” as though the non participation of the rest of us actually meant anything. Life, work happens and I’m not going to apologise for not bothering to look at this thread til now.

I never meant to critisize senators who didn't vote in this case. I absolutely share your doubts. In my opinion the system where players buy subscribtion mostly to have more fun are encouraged (forced?) to decide, whether other players break rules, is not the best option. I only noticed, how low interest such cases raise.

I actually did find it interesting that so few of the senators cared enough to vote in this. Yes, everyone isn't logged in all the time, but still, these are the people that care enough about the game that they (me included) have chosen to pay for it. I find it more surprising that paying players don't care than that they do care, to be honest. If I put money into something, it's because it means something to me, I don't just throw money at something and then ignore it.

Maybe this case wasn't the best suited for Bimboland court, but like others pointed out it was a way of testing if the court works, and it definitely showed how few of the senators/paying players actually bothered to participate. As far as voting goes, this was, in my opinion, a pretty straightforward case: rules were broken, warnings about repercussions were given and ignored, the case went to court and the majority of the "jury" voted guilty.

Punishment seems to be undecided at this point, but I for one would like this case to set an example, and very clearly show the consequences for having multiple accounts and ignoring the messages given about breaking the rules of the game. It would make future cases much easier to handle, it would show all players what actually happens if you're caught breaking these rules, and it would also remind players that checking their messages is a good idea (even once a week would do).

I can think of tons of things on this site I care about a whole lot more than someone having multiple accounts.

Just adding my voice as balance as someone who pays for the game - I’m not outraged by this, and honestly more than a little disturbed how keen people are to go through fight histories and such for something so low stakes. Certainly makes me feel secure and comfortable!

If the court was about something interesting like, for example, the shoddy way DQFC operates - where you can log in every day and still not see every outfit - then sure, ask for my view? But this? Honestly, I think quite a lot less of people so keen to comb through histories for something so incredibly petty and it reminds me of how often I feel like this on the Curiosity badge thread where people sometimes seem to be obsessively recorded as to how often they log on and send debates and to whom - again, as someone trying to get the Curiosity badge myself, WHO CARES. As though real life doesn’t exist, as though people getting “free” debates are really even benefitting that much. If only I had so little in my life to worry about!

This is a game, and this mentality is absolutely ruining it for me. There, I said it.

I had two comments in my inbox about this and only got to look today. Sorry we don’t all have the same opinion about how deeply serious this is.

To be honest I commented but I didn't bother to vote. I chose not to vote simply because I do not honestly think our vote matters. Currently the majority of people that voted indicated a guilty verdict for all 3 players. Based on comments in the thread most people were indicating an option that the one account remain in play while the other 2 be banned. The rules say what the consequence of cheating is but that just does not seem to be the reality, it is left to players to make a judgement that may or may not have any bearing on the end result at all. Once this case is over and the judgement handed out I guess we will see how much this whole process matters in the grander scheme of things.
Overall I care more about activities in game that actually impact my game play and/or enjoyment of the game.

Nobody's claiming that this court is the most important thing in the game. Personally, I follow this case because I'm interested in seeing what the consequences of this rule-breaking will be, pretty much because the rules say one thing, but judging by the previous trials, in practice, the stated consequences aren't fully followed through with.

As far as I can see, the Bimboland authorities need to follow through with the stated consequences, or the rules have to be rewritten. Otherwise, nobody will care one bit about rules, every other player will have multiple accounts, and the game will become a complete mess.

I agree with you Ulvhild. I followed and read all the comments about the trial for the same reason. The outcome of the last trial is another reason why I didn't bother to vote this time. If there is more of a resolution with this new trial (the court in general) then I can build up some investment into it... it just doesn't seem like it's worth the effort just yet.
