I've been on the same anti-psychotics for like 6 months now and they've been working just fine, but in the last week they seem to have started working less. So I haven't sleeping, I'm exhausted, and just a little bit paranoid. Not sure how I'm gonna get through the last week of term honestly!!

We all got covid last month. Now my lungs are f***ed and my sis needs surgery (her heart is not good) thankfully the weather warming up. I saw a flower in my yard today!!

If you're still not feeling as well as before, I would reach out to the doctor & check-in. Maybe something simple like changing the timing of your doses could help.
As for me...well, I guess I should put a Trigger Warning: Verbal & Emotional Abuse. My mum said I was a "waste of life" because I lost my job a year ago due to the pandemic & have finally found a job...as a cashier...which is a significant pay decrease. But, I literally have applied to 120 jobs without other offers. So, I will take what I can get.

well today i've been fine. better than usual! usually I have panic attacks throughout the day for no reason. on April 5th I'm going to see someone to get diagnosed for my panic attacks, mood swings, and more. so that's good! :)

My friend that I've talked about before (the whole moving situation) said something that really hurt my feelings last time we spoke in an in depth conversation. I've already talked to my mom and my online (actual) best friend about this but I just needed to rant a bit more about it. We were having a conversation about something, I can't remember what, and I said something along the lines of "yea I don't know, I'm not that creative". Obviously I meant it in regards to whatever we were talking about and it was meant lightheartedly but she straight up said "yea. You're really not" and I was so stunned I didn't say anything more about it but it's been over 2 weeks and I can't stop thinking about it. Of course I know that I'm creative but it hurt my feelings a lot and made me pretty insecure. Something about her is she's really insecure and needs to put others down to feel better, that's been a common theme in our friendship, but I'm really sensitive. I just needed to get this out one last time because I need to stop thinking about it. I apologize for it being long!

my school doesn't understand how severe my mental problems are right now. i'm pretty sure i have undiagnosed issues, i'm having depression flare ups, i'm super anxious all the time, and my anger issues are off the charts. i'm just so frustrated because no matter what i say, my therapist says, or any other mental health professionals say, they won't budge on my missing work. like... it has gotten to the point where i cannot do basic tasks to take care of my body, how do they expect me to do schoolwork?? it's not fair and i'm sick of running my body and mind into the groun for others to benefit. i just want to get better.
