Some very good points. Changes to coding etc takes time. So I think we have to focus on teh things that a PB can effect ie the vibe, the rules, the policing, how liberal the place is, the fashion styles etc Perhaps tomorrow I will simplify this so its very clear what powers the PB has and what powers the PB does not have .

In the last thread I had a number of suggestions about how moderation could be applied whilst maintaining the values and freedom you want to achieve. My suggestions could apply to any rules the current government would want to impose and they could vary given punishments as they wish, giving them the political flexibility you're hoping to achieve. What they would do however is provide a clear set of expectations for the userbase. The current application of rules is very inconsistent and biased and it is difficult for users to identify what is and isn't permissible due to the variation in how they're applied. Requiring that governments clearly outline rules with clearly outlined sentences for breaches would be incredibly useful and will help foster democracy, allowing for your Bimbo nation to flourish.
I am right leaning and hate lists of rules as they stifle creativity imo. However I respect that some people disagree and I full support your right to get into power and run things differently with clearer rules than I would implement. For me its subjective and the government have to be trusted with the power to get on and make decisions.
I think this is a major strength of Ximboland ie we will swing from left to right from left to right from left to right over the years dependent on who is in power . There is no right and wrong answer just like we can argue all day long on whether facebooks or twitters moderation policy is best.

Yes this is ok because in order to have become SM then you will have had to have been signed up as a Ximbo for a while and already be a PROPER Ximbo.
So yes we will code it that all state minsters and senators (for 3 months prior) can immediately stand for election.
Becoming PB via teh State minster route is also a way in which Ximbos with no money to become senator can make it to the top should they choose that route - thus upholding our constitutional obligations of liberty with a social conscience.

Mr. SweetasNuts, if I may have some more of your time I would love to go more in depth on ways to stimulate our Ximbonomics (Ximbo economics).
You already mentioned that creative Ximbos will get their own platform to start selling stuff. But what will that exactly be? And how can we get more ways to stimulate Ximbonomic growth. As a loyal Ximboland citizen I have acquired quite a big amount of wealth, 10461825 B$ to be exactly, and as a true Ximbo who loves shopping I have already bought everything the Ximboland shops have to offer. Naturally I can not expect our fashion designers and tailors to work 24/7 to keep providing us with countless new items, after all a good fashionable outfit takes time to design to make sure it lives up to our fashionable Ximbo expectations.
My question now is, will there be more ways aside from independent Ximbo businesses to spend our B$? I have withdrawals from not being able to fulfill my Ximbo desire to spend all my B$ in the shops. Will it perhaps be possible to create more shopping opportunities if every Ximbo gets to be able to buy and decorate their very own house? Will it ever be possible for me to go shopping together with my friends and be able to pay for their new clothes as a token of our friendship? A true Ximbo should always be kind and share their wealth with their friends if that means they can then afford to buy a fashionable new outfit.
