i know its besides the point but i like flat white too ;) do agree that censorship must be more lenient since wth we're all here to have fun, tho its important to be mindful of boundaries...Would you like to see change in Ximboland?
Do you think its time for a right leaning truly conservative government?
If so then please vote for me, Sweetasnuts and please vote for the Coxervative Bimbo party in the upcoming elections on Feb 1st.
My name is Sweetasnuts and I have been a loyal serving Ximbo community member since 2006. During that time I have seen lots of changes in Ximboland but one thing always remains and that thing is the strength of the Bimbo community. Through thick and through thin the loyal, friendly and loving Bimbo community have always made Ximboland one of the best places to be on the internet. That has never changed since 2006.
However, we must not be complacent and despite our success we can do better. Successive left leaning governments have slowly but surely eroded our right to the freedom of speech. Slowly but surely we have seen an increase in patriotic Ximbos being exiled from their homeland often for nothing more than speaking their minds. Slowly but surely we have watched reigning Prime Bimbos strangle opposition and run unopposed at elections.
I say enough is enough.
Its time to get Ximboland back on track and make it the best community on the internet - bar none. Better than facebook, better than Twitter, better than insta.Together we can do it!
Vote for Sweetasnuts on Feb 1st 2024! Together we can make Ximboland fashionable again!
IRL my name is Chris and I am a male 45 year old married father of 3 whom resides in England. I love a good coffee (flat white), football ( the mighty Shrewsbury Town and Arsenal) and business.
So what will I do and why should you vote for me
If you vote for me I will bring in the following changes:
1. I will launch a new right leaning political party called the coxservative Bimbo party. This party will champion the traditional Bimbo values of casual sex, boob/penis enlargement, freedom of speech and fabulous fabulous fashion.
2. With the help of fellow conservative and right leaning Bimbos I will update the constitution and make it relevant in modern day Ximboland.
3. I promise to cut the laws around hate speech and ensure that freedom of speech is protected in Ximboland whilst respecting the fundamentals of our constitution ie we believe that personal liberty must be combined with social responsibility.
4. I promise that real Bimbo patriots (left and right) will never be exiled or executed. Opposition and differences of opinion will always exist but I will never banish true bimbo patriots away from their homeland. I believe in prison and rehabilitation rather than exile.
5. I will encourage and call for increased personal strength and robustness amongst all Bimbos. For too long Ximbos have believed that the way to deal with people that are socially annoying is to exile or execute them. No longer will that be the case. I call for Bimbos to galvanise their inner steel recognise that we must put up with and tolerate Ximbos even if we dislike them.
6. I promise to prioritise super fashion in Ximboland once again. We were founded by the most beautiful and stylish woman that ever lived and together we are the most beautiful and fashionable people the world has ever known. However for too long now there have been too many ugly Ximbos with poor fashion taste amongst us. I promise to enforce stylish fashion and will go as far as banishing all Ximbos with poor fashion taste (to the USA - where they will fit in and truly belong).
7. I will overhaul the ‘forum’ including renaming it the ‘Town square’, removing dead sections and remove the red ‘down votes’ thus encouraging people to speak out and be positive. I will add a private ‘fashion police’ headquarters. I will ask my Fashion police to add ‘Government notes’ to any controversial post in bold/italic rather than censor/delete any messages. We are adult Bimbos here and dont need censoring.
My new layout for the Town Square will follow at the end of my manifesto*.

Nobody and i mean nodody has the right to demand the job specifications of someone that is employed on this website. We have no right as a users of this website to know that knoweledge. We are not a part of the website admin. Just because some drama has surronded him does not mean you have the right know about what his job entails.Kirsty, if I may, deleting or editing posts or jailing users based on the arbitrary and subjective quality of what you personally believe is inappropriate to ask is a violation of ToS and distinctively not part of your job description, except you aren't employed... interesting conundrum here.
You have asked multiple times and it has been ignored since you/we have no right to be privy to that information.
Now stop asking about it!
This is a official warning on bringing it up, its inapproppriate to ask.
Chris, perhaps you could weigh in? You say you would like forum moderation to be both minimal (freedom of speech) though you would also like this to be up to the discretion of FP. As site owner, you have the ability to decide this as a site policy rather than an election program piece, and doing so might further clarify what powers elected officials do and do not have.
As it currently stands, FP are the only forum moderators. As far as the entire userbase is aware, there is no one on Team Bimbo/staff filling this position. Therefore the official site ToS applies to the only forum moderators who exist—the FP. Subjective edits such as "adds no value to the thread" or edits removing important proof images and information (as has been done liberally on the Democracy failures thread, though I do not think you are aware to what egregious extent) are currently against the ToS and the agreement and contract players sign with the site and its staff when they join. This kind of inconsistency is exactly what we are trying to understand, as there is clearly not a well-defined line between staff and players and the way players have decided to run the site in your absence has explicitly gone against ToS.
As a champion of free speech, doesn't that bother you? In your ideal democratic state, wouldn't you want this kind of political censorship to be against the terms of your site? As it so happens, this censorship is already against the ToS of your site. If there has been an update, that needs to be reflected in the agreement players make with the site and not just in forum rules created by players. It is vital to site function, prosperity, and player retention that they know what the site does and does not explicitly allow from its players and staff.
I disagree fundamentally with Kirsty's point and warning. If a staff member is inflicting abuse on players, that staff member needs to *at minimum* be removed from interactions with users in every forum that is not directly logged on the site. This is stated in your campaign program but is a change that is vital to the survival and function of your site outside of campaigns. While many of your measures are an amazing idea for a program, others are the kind of things you can just *do* as site owners that would long-term benefit your site. Graphs can be shown which will make clear the player retention (and therefore financial) effect of this behavior being left unchecked.
We need clear information about what staff do and do not do because it is relevant to what the PB position is capable of. If the only way PBs can get changes through is by talking to and convincing staff, but some members of your staff have a track record of political and personal bias and are unwilling to work with players, how can political candidates make accurate programs? As site owner you may have more power but other or future political candidates cannot confidently put other sitewide-desired measures (such as an effective mobile scrollbar for the shop or player houses or even a politically neutral forum category) on their programs because they do not know if they have the means to actually achieve them.
I am archiving this post because I am not confident the current forum moderators will follow the ToS of the site, which they agreed to when they signed up, instead of subjectively editing posts they do not personally like. Giving users a "warning" for asking relevant questions FP do not personally like is a threat which does not reflect your (SweetasNuts) values or the literal contracted rules of the site, and it is an utterly irresponsible and innapropriate way to moderate a site. This is not harassment or insults, by the way. if you pull that rule on me. This is fair political criticism and questioning in a political thread.
Thank you to everyone who has laid out detailed questions and evidence, and thank you also to SweetasNuts in advance for providing concrete and thorough answers to these questions.
