tbh what other ppl do with their personal relationships is none of my business and i think if it works for u, go right ahead. i think polyamory gets a bad name due to the people who use it as a way to get around cheating, but when done responsibly and healthily, it works out just as well as any monogamous relationship.

i think they're all awesome in theory, but i personally have never seen a poly relationship that wasn't wack as hell. open relationships can be ok, but only if you start as an open relationship from the beginning. very doomed to randomly open your relationship like 5 years into a monogamous marriage lmao

I personally am monogamous and tbh I have never seen a healthy polyamorous relationship where every person was 100% happy with it but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I still support whatever people want to do as long as everyone is happy but it most certainly isn't for me. I was pushed into that type of relationship by an ex many years a go and it was very damaging to me.

Polyamory is amazing. I love it. I'll never go back to monogamy. All of my lovers are so different in the ways we connect and the things we do together. There's no way to get all of that from a single person.

Being 100% honest:
Monogamy: It can be sexist and only benefit the man in long-term heterosexual relationships, but i'm a lesbian so i reserve myself the right of being monogamous. It's more compatible to me because i'm not really attracted to many people and, honestly, i enjoy being the center of someone's affection. But i don't trust excessively possessive individuals.
Polyamory: I think it can work to some people, but to me it sound like too much work and little time. But if you do, you do.
Open relationships: Are these the ones where you can sleep around with people while in a relationship, but not get emotionally involved? Or the ones where you still center one partner but have others? Honestly, i don't see the point, it would be better to be single, because at least you wouldn't have so many rules. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. But again, if you do, you do.

A Ximbo senator is a senior member of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. Only xenators are eligible to put themselves forward for election to senior government roles. Ximbos also get 10 x votes in all elections so they really do shape Ximbolands future.

What is a Ximbo minister?
A Ximbo minister is an elected or appointed official in the Ximboland government. These Ximbos are our leaders.

Who is the Prime Ximbo?
The Prime Ximbo is the democratically elected head of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland.

Where does the Prime Ximbo live?
The Prime Ximbo lives in the Pink House for the 3 month term they are in office.

I want to become a minister or Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 2 stage process from Senator>Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo xitizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo/a minister they must first become a Ximbo senator.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland holds elections every 3 months for Prime Ximbo and every 3 months for State Ministers.

Where do important discussions take place?
The Town Square.

What is the treasury/ministers/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 3 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo xenators.
A percentage (33%) of the money paid by Ximbo xenators via Paypal is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is used for further Ximboland development.
