Yeah, I can't understand why they haven't made a systematic way to pay you guys since your effort in this game is so important.
In my opinion the best solution is to make prizes for different actions (adding, adjusting, recoloring, designing....) and you would get paid once you have been doing something. Not like one of you guys does all the work and doesn't get anything but one who hasn't been adding anything for months gets a free senatorship.
I think current shopworkers are all active and I think they deserve something like monthly payment.
I'm not sure if they could make a list of workers and designers maybe and they could sign once they have added/designed something?

Idk who needs to hear this but if you’re a creator and you can’t support your fellow creators (no that doesn’t mean buying their items) Just a good job. Or input , help/advice. Lighthearted criticism if that’s what you wanna call it, if you can’t be supportive to the others and i SEE IT. Idc how much I spent on your items I will personally sell all of your shit . Cause how can you disrespect somebody who’s also tryna help and make a difference in the game . Same people who are being extra asf cause they items aren’t selling as much as the next, be quick to buy THAT PERSONS ITEMS OR LOWKEY WISHING THEY COULD BE THAT PERSON. And stop tryna promote your shit without permission on other people’s pages . We don’t de free promos here .

People like SiliconBody disrespecting others for no reason and yet tryna promote his Shit under comments on Slutty Kylie's page. This man literally inboxed me on Instagram trying to get me check his stuff out and then I see him being extra and can't take criticism for Shit . I sold all his stuff at that point. So whoever else I see being shady can get that same treatment. I can't respect of take a creator seriously when they behave like a child in need of attention. Then wanna play victim. Like get out. We don't need this type of negative energy Young Man
Anyways I said this because he disrespected people who im cool with and I wanted to let my feelings be known to current and future creators with that same energy
It wasn't just the forum. He inboxed me on instagram before I even read it. I saw the comments he made before I saw all of that. But the forum just topped it off. And then commented on my page about joining a discord
But I'm saying people with that Attitude like his, not forcing people to buy stuff but the way he speaks to other people and not supporting other creators, he disrespects them. If I see other creators now or in the future doing it I'm not gonna support them since they can't even respect other people
Incidents happen, he learned from mistakes he made, let's leave it in the past without satanizing anyone and provoking similar issues. There are games when designers advertise their items freely and are allowed to do that. They can have their own shops there and advertising is kinda part of these games. He might came from such surrounding, as well as some other new designers who also advertise on their profiles or forum. Bimboland is different and advertising is considered as excessive. We will take it into account when it comes to new designers to warn them against aggressive advertising and self-promotion. No one is obligated to buy any item, no matter who made it or uploaded it. No one profits from their items sales because there is no such system as having own shop and earning percentage per sale, so that alone makes any advertising pointless.
The truth is that we all like to see that other players wear our creations whether they are new designs, recolors, remakes, refits or whatever kind of work. It is just normal to be happy seeing others like your work. But it all ends at that point because there is no extra profit from personal items sales. All what we as shop workers can do is giving credit to people who did something by mentioning their names in items titles so you can know and see who did what. We also don't decide prizes for people who send designs/recolors/refits, that part is on admins. That is also the point of this thread - making reward bigger, better or better adjusted and that part concerns game team.
