The People v. SweetasNuts Parody
Hello all,
Today I present before you the case against SweetasNuts Parody. They have been taken to court for violating multiple rules multiple times and incurring 8 strikes total during my term as Prime Ximbo.
Defendant: SweetasNuts Parody
Plaintiff: halobear8 on behalf of The People of Ximboland
Crime: Multiple violations of rules, 8 strikes incurred.
1st Incident:
SweetasNuts Parody posted this to the Minister of Fashion - official office thread. This post violated Rule #5: Politics by making a post that was not respectful, educational, and non-harmful towards other players. Their post was harmful to the identities of players on the site, as well as the player that was being insulted.
SweetasNuts Parody was informed that this would count as a strike towards their account.
2nd Incident:
SweetasNuts Parody posted this to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread. This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by promoting discriminatory or hateful beliefs towards the protected characteristic of religion or belief. Their post also violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics again by refusing to call halobear8 by their preferred pronouns (she/he/they) and thereby undermining their identity.
Again, there was a lapse in my judgment as Prime Ximbo and I let the misgendering slide because I wasn’t offended but I didn’t realize that perhaps other people on this site would feel uncomfortable by this behavior. SweetasNuts Parody referred to halobear8 as “shis” continuously throughout the post.
SweetasNuts Parody was issued a warning + 1 strike for promoting discriminatory or hateful beliefs towards the protected characteristic of religion or belief.
SweetasNuts Parody was informed they would have 2 strikes on their account.
3rd incident
SweetasNuts Parody posted this to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread.
This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by refusing to call halobear8 by their preferred pronouns (she/he/they) and undermining their identity. SweetasNuts Parody referred to halobear8 as “shis” continuously throughout the post.
SweetasNuts Parody was issued a 3rd strike for this particular rule break + informed that they would be taken to trial.
This post also violated Rule #4: Behavior by making a post harassing halobear8 + alleging that halobear8 is a nazi.
SweetasNuts Parody was issued a 4th strike + informed that they would be taken to trial.
This post also violated Rule #4: Behavior by making a post to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread for the purpose of derailment.
SweetasNuts Parody was issued a 5th strike + informed that they would be taken to trial.
4th Incident

This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by refusing to call halobear8 by their preferred pronouns (she/he/they) and undermining their identity. SweetasNuts Parody referred to halobear8 as “shis” continuously throughout the post.
SweetasNuts Parody was issued a 6th strike for this particular rule break + informed that they would be taken to trial.
This post also violated Rule #4: Behavior by making a post harassing halobear8 + alleging that halobear8 is a nazi. Going so far as to say “yes! I called halo nazi which discriminate against the jews”
SweetasNuts Parody was issued a 7th strike + informed that they would be taken to trial.
This post also violated Rule #4: Behavior by making a post to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread for the purpose of derailment.
SweetasNuts Parody was issued an 8th strike + informed that they would be taken to trial.
SweetasNuts Parody has been issued a 3 day forum ban for making multiple posts within a few days of each other that broke multiple rules. This trial will last for 7 days, leaving the owner of the account 4 days to post their side in defense.
This trial is to determine whether or not they are guilty of possessing 0, 3, 0r 6 strikes. To anyone unaware, this account in question (SweetasNuts Parody) was made originally as a parody account of the President’s Masseuse SweetasNuts, who is a prominent figure in the politics of this website. SweetasNuts Parody is the alt account of someone within the community, made entirely for the purpose of trolling the people of this website with whom the owner of the account disagrees with.
If SweetasNuts Parody is found innocent, there will be no action taken against their account.
If SweetasNuts Parody is found guilty of possessing 3 strikes: 1000 reputation pts and 100 diamonds will be removed from their account.
If SweetasNuts Parody is found guilty of possessing 6 strikes: 2000 reputation pts, 200 diamonds, and 1000 sex appeal pts will be removed from their account.
If SweetasNuts Parody is found guilty of possessing 8 strikes: 2000 reputation pts, 200 diamonds, and 1000 sex appeal pts will be removed from their account, as well as having 8 strikes on their record.
