Addressing the Defense’s argument:
Posting in the Xemocracy Arena does not guarantee that you will not be censored. May I direct your attention to Rule #5: Politics, “Posts and discussions (in the Xemocracy Arena) should be respectful, educational, and non-harmful towards other players.”
“12 strikes = going to trial” means if you incur 12 strikes to your account, you will be taken to trial + the public will decide if you should be exiled. Originally SweetasNuts led me to believe that if someone incurred a certain amount of strikes, action would be taken immediately to their account. Once KatieBoutique met this threshold of infractions throughout multiple of their accounts, I asked SAN who to talk about in getting these attributes deducted from Katie’s main account. He then explained to me what he didn’t care to explain before, that every 3 strikes an individual account incurs, they will be taken to trial + the public will vote on whether or not they’re guilty of having 3 strikes.

SweetasNuts Parody was also informed that they were issued a strike for rule breaking behavior. SweetasNuts Parody was also asked to read the rules, which explicitly state that posts in the Xemocracy Arena should be respectful, educational, and non-harmful towards other players.
The strike messages were sent out of order. Yes, the strike messages were sent out of order BUT they were sent one right after the other. I originally had them in one list but decided to reorder them before I sent them + forgot to re-order the strike numbers within the messages. I mean, when you have to send multiple warnings for the same posts, it’s not exactly easy! This is what I mean when I say “walk a mile in my shoes.” Doing repetitive work for hours on end, you’re bound to make a mistake here and there. It’s called human error, something these trolls act like they don’t understand.
Yes, you can have multiple strikes per one post (especially after already being asked to read the rules!) When multiple rules are broken within one post, multiple warnings will be issued. These rules were not stacked for the purpose of taking Parody to trial, they would’ve already been taken to trial if they had 1 strike per post. They were stacked because multiple rules had been broken within few posts.
Nobody with a brain will object to a brainrotting person’s troll account being taken down.
