I've been looking through a bunch of old and new threads and I don't know if this constitutes as a suggestion/feedback for the PH but… why not make blocking another Ximbo an anonymous action? From what I'm seeing a lot of fighting between players - like on this thread, for example - seems like its sort of being amplified by the fact that they know that they've been blocked by certain players? And since it doesn't stop people from talking to each other on the forum, it might help remove at least one (1) layer of animosity in future if they're ever forced to interact with each other whether on the forum or as FP.
Someone could block me because they disagree with me about something as innocuous as thinking that the dress was black and blue instead of white and gold, and that's well within their right! Sometimes people just aren't going to want to interact with you, and there's no obligation (in my opinion) to give a reason if you don't want to. But I do think that if you've chosen not to give any reason, it might lessen conflict between players if we don't have the Mailman stirring things up by alerting the blocked users about it?

Please pardon me. It's just that I remember the great effort and time it takes to track/tally things.
If there was some sort of programming that would make things efficient and accurate, it would make things work and be efficient.
I still remember the remarkable work you did in your investigations of Pineconeupmyass (from all the written records in your books, excels, and screen recording with multi screen and powerful computer.)
All that equipments, excels, written notes etc for just one Ximbo.

I do not know what format those reports arrive as,
nor how many this government deals with per day,
but I have set myself to a task today and perhaps this week...
The task? I have 219 pages of forum comments. 2190 total.
I will see if I can copy the "notices" to a spreadsheet and sort by date.
I have gone through 219 pages of things before...I'll see how long it takes.
No one in their right mind would or should do something like this.
You all have jobs, are in school, have lives. No one has time for such ridiculousness.
I gain critical work skills from stuff like this that I can apply to other things.
And I have nothing better to do right now. So...coffee up time.

In settings you can turn off the blocking notifications and then you will not receive the message someone has blocked you.
Btw you can also leave the reason empty when you block someone. It still will block them just will not give a reason why.
The problem is it doesn't really resolve the issue of it causing arguments just because you can have your notifications turned off but the people you block still have the ability to:
1. Block you back and use the blocking feature to send you abuse (which has been anecdotally raised as an issue several times
2. Start fights on the forums because you can still interact with one another, it just limits some other features
Not only this but a lot of people don't realise that a message goes out to the blocked party when they do block somebody which has caused other problems. If it's that somebody makes you uncomfortable and you want to be shielded from that, it offers you none of that protection as it doesn't work like block features on any other sites.

Sorting of the first 10 pages of my forum posts is done. It's simple. Date, Category, and first line of post.
That took me 5 minutes. 100 posts.
