Anyone else struggle with their meds?
I'm on Elvanse (basically Vyvanse) and I always get this huge world ending crash that straight up cripples me for the day like 10 mins to 2 hours after it kicks in??? Plus they've taken away my ability to eat or get hungry, so i'm actually dying rn. Think i've lost at least 28lbs so far, and haven't got much more I can lose '~'

Yeah, I think a lot of ADHD meds can cause appetite loss.
I'm not sure about the other part you describe. Your ADHD meds shouldn't "cripple" you.
I'm not sure if you mean that they wear off? My ADHD meds wear off because they're short-acting. I spoke to my doctor about it last week and we are trying splitting the dose up over 3 times throughout the day, but I also know that there are longer-acting medications I can try.
Edit: I am not on Elvanse, so I looked it up. I read that it is longer acting (14 hours) but that it can take over 2 hours to kick in. Is that what you're describing? That is takes time to kick in?

They're supposed to have a half life of 11 hours (ish), with most people barely feeling a crash. If you do have a crash it's usually like mid-late afternoon;

I was driving home from work having a conversation with myself.
I have always talked to myself. I never really made the connection to ADHD before but tonight driving home I realized it might be a form of coping with ADHD, especially when I am talking about what needs to be done. Or, when I was in university, I talked to myself about what I was learning.
Another thought I had is that maybe it's a form of stimming for me. I was driving on a highway, which was kind of a boring drive, no scenery. By then, my meds had probably worn off. So, maybe I was talking to myself for stimulation.

Half an hour into my workday & Im already skin picking. I know it's not a healthy habit but I just can't stop.
Edit: I heard this terrible rumor that I hope isn't true. The teacher of a neighbor's child supposedly doesn't like students with ADHD. If they can't sit still in class, she sends them to the hallway. This sounds like quite a terrible solution as those children then miss out on learning. I also find it a bit concerning because my brother & I attended that school & were fidgety but were tolerated. I was allowed fidget toys. My brother & I were also offered accommodations, like the option to take tests in the hallway, academic services, or another distraction-reduced environment...which is very different than being in the hallway during learning time. (My brother & I were not even diagnosed with ADHD at the time. I was originally diagnosed with Anxiety.)
