Today I present before you the case against SweetasNuts FOREVER. They have been taken to court for violating multiple rules multiple times and incurring 6 strikes total during my term as Prime Ximbo.
Defendant: SweetasNuts FOREVER
Plaintiff: halobear8 on behalf of The People of Ximboland
Crime: Multiple violations of rules, 6 strikes incurred.
1st Incident
SweetasNuts FOREVER posted this to the Ximboland Slayyycast: Live Breaking News and Feature Reports thread. This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by insulting people based on the protected characteristic of disability and overall mental health. This could also fall under a rule break of Rule #4: Behavior by using slurs towards individuals in an attempt to hurt and/or offend, and using slurs when talking about a collective group. They were issued a warning for breaking rule #1 but not for breaking rule #4, a lapse in my judgment as Prime Ximbo (as I was the one who issued the warning). SweetasNuts FOREVER was also informed that this would count as a strike towards their account.
2nd Incident
SweetasNuts FOREVER posted this to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread.
This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by posting and promoting something discriminatory towards a person's identity, status, and genetics.
Upon deletion of their post from the forum topic, SweetasNuts FOREVER was warned through the Fashion Police Mailwoman that this would count as their second strike towards their account.
3rd Incident
SweetasNuts FOREVER posted this to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread.
This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by promoting discriminatory or hateful beliefs towards the characteristic of religion or belief AND suggesting or promoting harmful “fixes” towards the characteristic of religion or belief.
This post also violated Rule #4: Behavior by harassing halobear8 (hijacking the FTL Fashion Contest thread which halobear8 is hosting + insinuating that halobear8 is a nazi).
They were issued 2 warnings, one for breaking Rule #1 and one for breaking Rule #4. SweetasNuts FOREVER was issued a warning for breaking Rule #4 and made aware that this would count as their third strike and as a result they were going to be taken to trial.
SweetasNuts FOREVER was also issued a warning for breaking Rule #1 and was issued a statement informing them that this was their fourth strike and as a result they were going to be taken to trial.
4th Incident
SweetasNuts FOREVER posted this to the Dopamine Dressing | FTL Fashion Contest thread.

SweetasNuts FOREVER was issued a warning for breaking Rule #4 and made aware that this would count as their fifth strike and as a result they were going to be taken to trial.
SweetasNuts FOREVER was also issued a warning for breaking Rule #1 and was issued a statement informing them that this was their sixth strike and as a result they were going to be taken to trial.
SweetasNuts FOREVER has been issued a 3 day forum ban for making multiple posts within a few days of each other that broke multiple rules. This trial will last for 7 days, leaving the owner of the account 4 days to post their side in defense.
This trial is to determine whether or not they are guilty of possessing 0, 3, 0r 6 strikes. To anyone unaware, this account in question (SweetasNuts FOREVER) was made originally as a parody account of the President’s Masseuse SweetasNuts, who is a prominent figure in the politics of this website. SweetasNuts FOREVER is the alt account of someone within the community, made entirely for the purpose of trolling the people of this website with whom the owner of the account disagrees with.
If SweetasNuts FOREVER is found innocent, there will be no action taken against their account.
If SweetasNuts FOREVER is found guilty of possessing 3 strikes: 1000 reputation pts and 100 diamonds will be removed from their account.
If SweetasNuts FOREVER is found guilty of possessing 6 strikes: 2000 reputation pts, 200 diamonds, and 1000 sex appeal pts will be removed from their account.
