Dear accused, a joke is when you say something funny, hoping to make people laugh. For that, you need to know your target audience and what they find funny. Which you should do, based on how much time you spend here. If, when making your original comment, you knew no one would get the humor in what you were saying, it was not a joke. Granted, however unlikely it is, you could have been just misguided and overestimated people's ability to empathize with your unconventional (for BL) type of thinking.
