I have recently started reading all of the court cases in the forum and even though I think there can be plenty of improvements, I also think that it is a necessary system that ensures all of us have a fair shot of becoming a top Bimbo without the need to pay any money.
I agree that if a player breaks the rules, they should receive some form of punishment depending on how severe the rule breaking is. I think one way in which the current system could be improved is rather than just voting on whether a player is guilty or not, people should also be given the option to vote on what punishment they think the player in question should receive. The reason for this is that not everybody is outspoken in the comments section because some of the senators who post there can be quite nasty with what they say so not all of the opinions are heard, and voting will give a voice to those quiet players. It will also ensure that the punishment fits the crime and that the result is what majority of the people would like. So based on what I saw, I really think the court system serves a purpose and has the potential to work, but some improvements and consistency is necessary for it to truly be effective.

I have to say I was surprised that I didn't receive an update about the latest case (against Emma1999, daddysprincess666, and lilfaggot) when the judgment fell, and that I had to look around the forum to find out what the punishment turned out to be. Senators were invited to voice their opinion in court, so why weren't we notified when the case actually ended?
For those of you that are curious about how the case ended: Emma1999 got to keep her account, and her extras were deleted. Which means she got the same "punishment" as the previous case, but in reality no punishment at all. I checked, and her account is active, so apparently, she didn't even get jail time?
I don't mean to sound petty or even angry at Emma1999, and I'm very sorry if anyone interprets my words that way because that's not what I intend to say at all. What I do want to express very clearly, is that this lack of punishment for having multiple accounts opens up an opportunity for everyone willing to have their Bimboname dragged through the mud, because as we've now learned, you can get away with having several active accounts for a long time, without any risk of losing your main account even when you're judged guilty in court.
What's the point of having rules when there's no punishment for breaking them? Why is there a court when the court's decisions are ignored?

'The court' is not a place for Law and order, because the laws are subject to the interpretation of emotional/ children in 'real-life', educated by social politics. It's foolish. Complete confusion ='s> pure anarchy.

Seriously This situation should be dealt with by real administrators, not the player's who can and do lie; just starting account by clicking a button, saying your over the age of 18.....

I had a male-gamer in real life, tell me that, when I described Bimboland's problems to him.
Sadly I had to agree and then gave up working on making Bimboland's into a fun game.
I got it going with activities, but I cannot support a forum based in childish censorship.
A nation built upon censorship and fear is NOT a REPUBLIC nor a Nation of very friendly players at all.
As a founding member of Bimboland's, I am totally disappointed in the direction it has gone since it was turned over to random player's. I never intended the leadership to be elected in a fashion contest......... Oh well, you now need to deal with the foolishness of what you voted for...... How can you fix something that has been totally corrupted?
Even as the creator of Bimbolands, you would totally hate my methods to fix it NOW.
I would implement limit's on debates and fight's. To a number per day/ per player.
However the biggest problem in Bimboland's is social politics.
Real-life bleeds through to it, and hate is the most destructive force to any community.
Even Bimboland's has become a situation of ," Us verses Them." and it is purely disgusting to me.
One gang, crushing another GANG.
Bimboland's was not designed to be like that, but the player's themselves chose to make it that way.
I pity you all. We as Administrators created this game in total fairness to everyone.
What you did with it afterwards, is all on YOU.

No, we aren't dead, I spend most my time cold checking accounts at random. In fact in the past few weeks I've gotten maybe 10 multi-accounts to self delete with no issue. It's just you don't see this information publicly announced.

But our job simply is to do the background work and handle requests/manage a list of who has shared IPs etc. Also, we had no option to be able to post in the court.
Anything we do has to go through the development.
