1. Death threat - sounds like the most serious one so let's start with it. How about this now? No one reported it as death treat... not even you, very strange...
2. Personal insults - No one reported it as offensive calling for rule No.1 and general forum rule you screenshoted. How comes?
All comments remain up. They have not been warned, jailed or asked to remove the offending material.
The answer is in one of your screenshots, take a look, right after the part marked light purple. Prime Bimbo also mentioned somewhere in this thread there won't be bans, post edits, deleting unless it's clearly spam. Guess you already have a screenshot.
What about this rule? The rule put forward by Miss Bimbo a few years ago, not FP or PB.
Do not undermine Ximboland's democracy, president or her government.
Examples of undermining include but are not limited to: Harassing,
attacking, insulting the Team President, Prime Bimbo, Ministers of
Government, PB's staff and State Ministers.
(If you are unsure who is the President, Team President, Ministers of Government, PB's staff, etc. let me know, I'll list them for you all)
If we decide to stick to this ^ rule, and the following of course, a lot of posts from this thread will be deleted or edited and a lot of users forum banned, jailed or even banned. Among others it also means some of your posts will be deleted and you forum banned as well (at best). Don't forget that current rules are still in force, Miss Bimbo stated she won't interfere them until this PB term is over. So consider it as a courtesy and privilege that this thread is left for free speech with no deleting, warnings, bans, etc.

Wishing you’d feel a little more grateful to be alive does not equate to wishing you dead, but I did get a good giggle out of you thinking that regardless! As LillyAnn has pointed out, you should consider yourself lucky (once again) that you have been allowed to breach that respective rule repeatedly with no repercussions. I would consider doing a full, attentive re-read of the Forum Rules topic before continuing down such a destructive and onerous path. But maybe that’s just me. :)

Just replying to acknowledge the delightful authoritarian response from Lilly Ann stating anybody disagreeing with her should be banned and they're doing us a courtesy not do so. Again, not a good look for democracy. I didn't report the posts because it was blatant you can see them, I've seen both users do the same thing to others unpunished and your response to Iowa for reporting concerns indicated to me it was pointless.
I will end this discussion here and aim to take further concerns up directly with Chris. I think if you're having the coding changed to make your friends immune to banning, threatening to jail me for questioning you and still refraining from applying the rules to those breaking them (instead choosing to attack me), then you've only proven Chris right. This isn't democracy, this is corruption.
I started out in this thread defending you all fiercely. And you've proven me wrong and unfortunately Chris right.
