Would it be possible to get an update on projected time frames for fixing the site? I appreciate that there's a substantial amount of technical debt and it's likely not an easy job but with the promise of a rollback as we move into day 5, I think people could do with some more clarification.
Will those of us who lost all of our outfits have them restored?Is the rollback a complete one and so will people playing the game now lose their progress gained during the interim period?Is our data safe?Thank you in advance,
Regarding the frequent baseless jailings, I think the fact you can't access the website at all just to read and get updates on the situation whilst in jail is making things worse. If people want an update on their data and accounts, they're forced to make a new account and then nobody knows who anybody is and the temptation to troll and generally be a menace is probably higher. I genuinely think the community would be having less issues if a large number of people haven't been unfairly jailed (and in some instances seemingly permabanned?) without evidence of their involvement in anything. This would blow over a lot easier if we didn't have a million alts floating around and we can use our main accounts to get updates.

I really hope that users whose accounts were affected get their outfits back ASAP. Seems like, as far as some users have explained; even without a rollback this would be possible. I also hope that users don't have their banking information bastardized. Best wishes towards those who were affected the most <3
