been waiting nearly a month for my reapplication to be accepted to the college i used to go to and i'm getting kind of antsy about it :( they award financial aid next month and i just wanna know if i got back in or if they reject me, i can start looking at another school ://
I am constantly up and down despite not much going on in my life because I think I have a fear of not staying productive. It sort of feels like I can never actually breathe because there's always a giant wave ready to hit as soon as I stop swimming to enjoy how something feels. In the terms on what is happening though, I've been without a job for about 10 months now after I moved away from my parents to be with my grandparents and we go through times where it's rough to afford food and shelters have been giving food that's gone bad or have physical contamination. I almost bit into a sandwich that had a bread tie in it and I was just so glad it was me and not a child or my grandparents. Jobs often ghost me and don't even pay me any mind so my depression has grown a bit too much and the only thing keeping me going is the fear of metaphorically drowning...on the bright side though, I'm almost done with my GED and my room is cleaner because I've been a bit manic...ahahaa maybe I have finally lost it :)

Just quit one of the shittiest jobs I've ever had by far, doing my best to ride out the last few weeks without having another breakdown but I can't wait until it's over. But on the plus side I'm looking forward to my new job, and really enjoying learning to crochet lately and making an effort to get back to doing various art stuff this year.

tryna break my bad habits of isolating and wallowing in self loathing. i'm starting training for my first job i've had in a while, which i'm nervous about but ready to be productive. i didn't do the "homework" my therapist asked me to do cuz i apparently have a phd in procrastinating. i'm meeting with a friend tomorrow. literally the only friend i haven't cut myself off from. my anxiety is bad cuz i'm terrified i'll do something to make her hate me or think i'm boring. i'm not sure how, since we're just going to a museum, but i feel like i can still find a way to fuck up.
also, @Irisia (I don't know how to reply to people on forums yet, bear with me) I'm getting into crochet rn too! I'm looking at clothes patterns since i never end up using the bags/stuffed animals i make. only problem is a lot of them require me to measure myself, which is a BIG NOPE for me. maybe i'll do another hat or fingerless gloves...

with the weather rapidly changing and getting colder the nerve damage in my foot/ankle is making it really hard to walk again without any pain. i really wish there was a solution to it but i'm kind of stuck being in pain for the rest of my life and it's really ruining my mood :////
