If i'm busy doing anything ill prbably be ok but there's times like these that i don't have anything else to do and i feel very miserable questioning all my existence and life choices lolI definitely do. It makes sense though because when you’re busy doing something else you don’t always have the brainpower to dwell on the brain weasels. It’s why mindfulness is generally so good for mental illness symptoms, because it forces you to focus on something else.

I was diagnosed with ADHD last year. Talking a lot is one of my symptoms of "hyperactivity & impulsivity," even though I am an introvert. I don't like parties or crowds. But in a small setting, especially when I know people (friends, family, coworkers), I talk too much. It can make other people uncomfortable. I don't have a solution for you; I just thought I could relate.
