IDK why someone thumbs downed your response. You are absolutely right that it is unprofessional for her to just not show up. I didn't even get a phone call or email or anything explaining her no-show!

Anyway, I scheduled an appointment with someone else. So, we'll see...

it was difficult but ERP is definitely effective. just really hard. saw a lot of fellow residents make a lot of progress there. and yeahhh downside is it's crazy expensive even with insurance. definitely a privilege to be able to go.

also usually i don't care about people downvoting but whoever is downvoting all the posts in this thread, you're a loser! i thought it was just my posts at first but i see pretty much all of them are getting downvoted now. people are here being vulnerable and sharing their struggles and trying to support each other, we don't need that negativity. go away. ignore the thread if you don't like it.

It is!! Its really hard at first, but it’s worth getting better. I also have been taking 2400mg of NAC along with a whole bunch of other supplements daily for the last year and that has helped me immensely. It makes everything so much more manageable.
I am so glad the treatment program works. It stinks but having mental issues really is so expensive. Therapy has been crazy expensive for me too, but if it works its just money in the end and your peace of mind is worth it.

Yeah lets just act like theyre not there.
I wish we could see who was downvoting LMAO but everyone who is commenting is nice so!!

yeah, i'm not sure what country you're in but here in the US it's ridiculous in terms of expense. so inaccessible to people who desperately need it. it shouldn't be a privilege to get the healthcare everyone deserves :(

I don't understand why eyes, teeth, and mental health are treated like unnecessary extra health things! They're all kind of super important for your general wellbeing and pricing them like luxuries is insane!
