Warm ale in the UK isn't really warm. It is cellar temperature. About 52'F. Old fashioned pubs are wonderful, as are the different breweries in every single different town, it seemed. Being the unusual American stranger, I was taken into many of these cellars to be shown the treasures of the house. hehehe.Real ales are generally served at that kind of cellar temperature so you can taste the flavour properly.
There is a flavor that Americans just don't understand. Even the ales here really aren't true ales in froth, taste or temperature . Guinness extra stout, still turned out to be my favorite lager.
My dad's girlfriend is American, and even though she's been living in this country for 7 years now, she could still probably blag her way into things just by pretending to be that awkward tourist. haha. She actually once went out for dinner alone, and pretended to be a US food critic as an excuse to save the embarrassment of eating alone. She got a load of special extras on the house because of this lie!I was thinking about this statement, and wonder if it would be possible for an English woman/man to pull the same trick on restaurants in America. Somehow I think the opposite would be true. Everyone loves a good foreign accent, yet for some it comes at a cost. Greed is an American flaw. Several months back I was reading about an investigation going on in New York City where taxi drivers were charging anyone foreign extra fees and charges. This of course is different than eating at a reastruant where everyone is certain to get poor service, bad food, and overcharged for the atmosphere and trendy name on the door.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
