SweetasNuts, this is a thread you made in an area where only Senators can comment. These are the people who are actively paying money to support your site (and those who are using artifacts to do this have stated so, so it's clear who is who). If the people who are paying your bills, who are currently Senators which you want more of, hate your ideas and are telling you that you are wrong, what do you think is going to happen? That these people will all suddenly change their minds and agree with you and in fact that more people will buy Senatorships? That idea is absolutely ridiculous.
People have said here in this very thread that your actions mean they will never, ever spend a dime on your site. Pay attention to that. You are heading for disaster and I would suggest you reverse your course immediately.
If you doubt the relevancy of my opinion, for context, I spend a MINIMUM of 25 hours a week doing unpaid volunteer labor for your site, a figure which does not include any time actually using or enjoying the site. It's just work. I do this for nothing, I even //pay to do it// because I have to be a Senator to be a State Minister, something you said you would change. The absolute only reason I am still a Senator and have not cancelled right the fuck now is because I'll lose my SM status and the gifting tool which I currently need for multiple different tasks, from running contests (optional but desired) to Shop Worker tasks like sending out diamond rewards to Designers and the other Shop Workers. If not for this fact, I would absolutely positively never financially support you. This behavior is egregious.
Chris, I must emphasize again that the people criticizing you in this thread are the people who are paying money on your site. They are senators, and your actions are going to make you lose them, from trying to enforce your subjective fashion taste to actively threatening to remove Cherri as PB and rescind the treasury money. If you want to make more money on this site, this is the absolute worst way to try to go about that, something that is creating a result counter to your stated goal. Right now you have a site which almost entirely runs itself, creating thousands of dollars of passive income for you without you having to lift a finger. It may not be the amount of money you want, but it's what you've got unless you take the extensive suggestions I and others have made instead of shooting yourself in the foot. You're reducing your passive income every moment you continue this, with every single disrespectful comment to Cherri and the rest of the userbase.
And you have the gall to call Cherri greedy or fault her work ethic when you DEMAND more money and work from people who already pay you money and run your site for you unpaid with hour numbers that match actual real full or part-time jobs.
