The People v. Slayyyocrates:
Hello all,
Today I present before you the case against Slayyyocrates. They have been taken to court for violating multiple rules multiple times and incurring 3 strikes total during my term as Prime Ximbo + during their term as State Minister of Reasonopia.
Defendant: Slayyyocrates
Plaintiff: halobear8 on behalf of The People of Ximboland
Crime: Multiple violations of rules, 3 strikes incurred.
1st Incident:
The liked imgur gif: https://imgur.com/MXFqWoO
Slayyyocrates posted this to the Bimboland Standup Comedy Club thread in the Bimboland National Gallery and Theatre. This post violated Rule #4: Behavior by posting something that the Fashion Police believes to have been posted in bad faith to harm the Ximboland community. Slayyyocrates posted a gif of a terrorist attack. Slayyyocrates was issued a warning for this incident and informed that they now had a strike against their account.
I, Prime Ximbo halobear8, am unsure if this gif is of a real or fake terrorist attack, but either way it is a gif that emulates a terrorist attack + was posted under the guise of it being a terrorist attack.
The entire Bimboland Standup Comedy Club thread seems to exist solely for the purpose of making fun of the current Pink House administration. This does not mean it will be taken down, many of the posts are still within the rights of users freedom of speech. This knowledge is just being shared to provide context.
Previously, Abu Hamza had been warned and incurred a singular strike for posting this same gif of a terrorist attack. It was posted to convey the point of his “real islamic opinion” praising terrorism.
Slayyyocrates seems to be poking fun at the fact that Abu Hamza was issued a warning over posting this gif. With this information in mind, the conclusion has to be that Slayyyocrates’ post was made with the intention (or risk) of incurring a strike in mind. This proves that Slayyyocrates’ post was in violation of Rule #4: Behavior by posting something to the Ximboland website + community in bad faith.
2nd Incident:
Slayyyocrates posted this to the Bimboland Standup Comedy Club thread in the Bimboland National Gallery and Theatre. This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by posting the f slur to refer to a group of people. Slayyyocrates was issued a warning and informed that they now had 2 strikes against their account.
This post was in response to Daphnee_Mino’s post https://i.imgur.com/WttsCBf.png within the same Standup Comedy Club thread. Daphne was warned that this post violated Rule #1 for the same reason Slayyyocrates was warned.
It should be noted that Daphnee_Mino is not currently on trial, but these posts are being shown to the jury to provide context to Slayyyocrates’ posts.
3rd Incident:
Slayyyocrates posted this to the Bimboland Standup Comedy Club thread in the Bimboland National Gallery and Theatre. This post violated Rule #1: Protected Characteristics by posting the f slur to refer to a group of people.
Despite Slayyyocrates claiming that they did not know what the word was, Fashion Police believe that this was posted in bad faith. Basically, we believe that Slayyyocrates knew that the slur in question was a slur and still decided to make this post repeating it not once, but twice.
Slayyyocrates was issued a 3rd warning, 3rd strike, + informed that they would be taken to trial as a result,
To anyone unaware, Slayyyocrates is one of KatieBoutique’s alt accounts. It seems to be that Slayyyocrates is attempting to speedrun going to trial either for attention, because they think it provides entertainment to the community, because they do not care about leading Reasonopia with honor, or a combination of these things. It really sucks that somebody who used to be a chaotic good/neutral good/chaotic neutral has now chosen the side of the trolls + right-wingers of this website. This happened as a result of KatieBoutique being called annoying by a few people. Their new plan is to appease the owner of the site, SweetasNuts, by providing entertainment in the form of spouting slurs, obscenities, and odisplaying offensive behavior. SweetasNuts believes that Ximboland will be great if there is more entertainment in the form of trials, therefore when users break rules they are taken to trial.
Do not fret, citizens of Reasonopia. This trial does NOT serve to determine whether Slayyyocrates’ account will be banned. You will not be left without a State Minister unless Slayyyocrates continues this behavior to the point of incurring 12 strikes + is them found guilty.
If Slayyyocrates is found guilty of possessing 3 strikes: 1000 reputation pts and 100 diamonds will be removed from their account.
