If something doesn't add up, can't we ask for further clarification instead of acting like someone was "caught" doing something? Are we not all trying to get on the same page? And Iowa is actively making corrections to anything that was explained wrong or without clarity. defamation is stating things that are known to be false in order to damage someone's reputation. i did not say anything on the subreddit or on here that was false. i did not personally attack you, i did not call you names, and i did not encourage other people to do so. i literally made it a rule on the subreddit to NOT do that and i removed comments that did. if you can find ONE EXAMPLE of me defaming you or 'inciting animosity' i would love to see it. or an example of me being a bully on the site. my entire forum post history as juggalo rights is still available to view. you're the one turning this into personal attacks, telling me to 'man up' and implying i don't have a life because i'm providing images i have saved on my computer.
i did not ask you for anything nor did i claim that you owe me something. i shared what doiiy shared, which showed that you banned them for not doing your dirty work and finding out who was on the subreddit because you didn't like the things people said about you on there.
the fact of the matter is i have proven and backed up almost EVERYTHING i have said, including in direct contradiction to your claims, and you have produced nothing. and you don't have to. no one is forcing you. but think about how that makes you look. you can't claim that you banned doiiy because they had alts, have me produce proof that you did not care about alts and were fine to let them have an alt if they told you who was on the subreddit, and then continue to claim that doiiy was banned because they had alts and say that you're not obligated to show proof of that and expect everyone to believe you. that's not how this works.
scroll back to my earlier posts and let it be known that i tried to go about this without putting specific people on blast. i did not want to name names or point out everyone who i believe has ever wronged me. but when people make claims that are demonstrably false i'm not going to sit idly by.

This is a dress up game. Doxxing, slander, trolling, it's all completely disproportionate. Moderators need to be firm and consistent in how they apply the rules and they should be professional in how they communicate when enforcing these rules to avoid further problems just like this down the line. It is also unfair and a little unrealistic on everybody involved to have somebody who has been personally targeted (doxxing, hacking, whatever the case is) be expected to be the individual to handle the situation. The court system is a unique and possibly a good way of managing this if it arises again.

It really sounds like the two parties should have a private conversation, with an impartial mediator where they can express what it is they actually want. This conversation has derailed into personal attacks and the additional trolling and input from others (including myself right now) isn't going to make things better. By all means, communicate the outcome after if needs be for the sake of transparency.
At the end of the day, shit is gonna hit the fan regardless in February. Chris doesn't care.
This isn't an endorsement of either side in this circus. I just think everybody is upsetting themselves and each other when really we all just want to be messing about dressing our dolls in silly outfits. It's just not worth it guys.

why should you have been informed? the purpose was not to talk to you or about you. we also discussed contests going on on the site rn among plenty of other topics, should we have given you a heads up before doing that too?
also, good question herbivore princess, i would genuinely prefer to get back to that topic, because that's why i posted here. here are my thoughts.
1. if there is no evidence a banned player was banned for genuine
reasons (e.g. cheating, phishing, repeated rule breaking) allow them the
opportunity to come back
2. allow open criticism of the pink
house and team bimbo outside of just threads chris makes. don't delete posts that point out a staff member is misgendering someone, for example.
3. have standardized rules and standardized procedures to give out punishments. keep a record of punishments that have been given to users. i've previously mentioned multiple ways this could be done; a strike system, tiers of offenses, etc. and give appropriate avenues for users to discuss or appeal their punishments. institute an appeal process, bring back court cases, whatever, just remove the 'FPs and the PH can punish anyone at any time at their own discretion and users are not allowed to publicly speak about the punishments with anyone but the people in power are under no obligation to tell them why they were punished or discuss it with them at all' dynamic.
4. instead of stretching and bending the rules to cover offenses make the rules as clear as they need to be. i've suggested this in the past but this to my knowledge has never happened.
5. don't punish users on-site for things said or done off-site unless it specifically compromises the website or other users, e.g. admitting to doxxing hacking or cheating, etc.
