Hello Ximboland
First of all I would like to address a very important issue and apologise to everyone about something that appears so obvious to me now. Something that I need to take responsibility for.
And that is the decision I made long ago to empower and reward 'moderators' from amongst our Ximbo community ie in the form of the PB/government.
The decision to reward moderators was incongruous with what I am/was trying to achieve ie a site that is primarily entertaining. A political parody of a Bimbo world.
I knew we have lots of funny and interesting people here and so should have started off with the premise that the democratically elected Prime Bimbo should be nominated and voted in because they are the most entertaining and fun ie we have a political system where we reward entertainers.
I now realise that having a political system that creates and rewards 'creators/entertainers' is what we should have done from the start. And that is what I am belatedly coming around to now.
Bimbos should vote and reward the person whom creates and entertains most and the winner should be the person whom is most entertaining - however that may be.
Instead we inadvertently created an environment where we were rewarding bimbos to create rules, moderate content and often inadvertently thus reduce entertainment.
So I take full responsibility for this error and would like to apologise to everyone. I would like to apologise particularly to those previous governments whom felt the responsibility to moderate and keep the site safe. That really is our responsibility and perhaps I should not have put that on you.
I would also like to apologise to those creative and humorous Ximbos whom kept having their content edited and clipped unnecessarily. Those funny peoples whom understood that Ximboland is a funny and interesting political parody of a bimbo world and as such were already in the spirit of things and got frustrated at governments whom seemed to be acting incongruously with what Ximboland is and should be at its core eg light hearted adult entertainment.
Our political system has not been bringing out the best in our community.
Everyone whom has already signed up here and is reading this must have in them some humour. Its impossible to sign up to a 'bimbo world' if one doesnt already have a good sense of humour.
The problem is that I have allowed that humour to be driven underground and not celebrated because we did not reward the entertainers. We rewarded moderators. A political system that rewards moderators is always going to struggle to be entertaining right?
So I would like to welcome in a new era hopefully.
An era where we reward creators and entertainers. An era where we reward fun and humour. I would class Ximboland as 'adult comedy' along with and similar in style to South Park, the Simpsons, the book of Mormon or Spitting Image etc

I am aware that there is an argument that entertaining is also our job and I shouldn't put that on you either or share that with you as Prime Bimbo/government? What do you think about that?
Is it a good premise that we have a democratically elected leader whose shares the responsibility for fun and entertainment?
Or is that also likely to be viewed in hindsight as an idea that cant work long term also?
And eventually that will also have to be bought in house much like moderation has been now?
