hey chris! thank you for listening to so many suggestions from the people. I think many of these plans are a great step towards fixing democratic, financial, and social issues on the site. the idea of a political forum area free from any censorship is an important one, and making SMs senators automatically helps to relieve the financial burden. would you institute any other plan for helping SMs pay for the financial costs of the position (running contests, something expected by the userbase)?
I agree that this site is 18+ with an adult theme and that there should be a forum area specifically for those discussions. you may also want to clarify what counts as explicit imagery under this measure—will all explicit imagery be disallowed or are you talking about real-life photographs, video, realistic depictions, etc? is drawn art included in this? many online communities fail to adequately outline exactly what they mean here so laying that out exactly would be an amazing step in the right direction for the internet.
player houses are a great thing to bring in, especially for monetization. if the site is in need of any artists to help draw assets for this I would love to do so and i'm sure others would as well if rewarded with some form of in-game compensation. same for drawing for the shop—there are not currently consistent guidelines in place for what exactly designers should or will get paid for their efforts, and your transparency in this program shows this is something you are committed to, so giving more detail about this would be great.
clarification about exiles and jailing and how this would be managed under your term is very helpful, especially the part about checks and balances (multiple rounds of approval for exiles) and punishments (but not warnings) being made public.

refuses to hire new staff or adequately pay his existing staff in favor
of exploiting free labor from his users. Those who DO volunteer for him,

abhorrently, subjected to gaslighting and emotional abuse both publicly
and privately. I have personally experienced rampant mistreatment from
SweetasNuts (as have many others) as recently as today!If

work and how much love I put in the site will always get worse on
average or nosedive into oblivion (as we are seeing right now) due to
actions of trolls, hackers, or most primarily—Chris himself.There are numerous sources online which discuss Chris’s behavior as a business owner in-depth, both on this site and on its previous iteration, Miss Bimbo. It’s pretty clear the guy is a troll who likes when people get upset and throw a fit. In that sense, he may love this post!If

being subjected to abuse, and being unable to sway Chris away from

And yet nothing changes—the same cycles continue. New people join, they

(rampant trolls), or maybe someone in the Pink House seems like they’re
abusing their power. They work really hard to rise up, join the
government, fight the “enemies” of the day, etc. and the whole thing
just causes chaos and misery for the most part and the site owner sits

ximbos (some who disagreed with him, others unprompted to my

is not secure. Chris is a liar—do not trust him when he says your
payment information is fully secure just because of Paypal, that is not
necessarily true. Remove your Paypal from XL (on the Paypal end) and
consider removing your bank accounts from Paypal for the time being,
better safe than sorry.When you spend money on this site, it
does not go to the people running it, to those who put in love and time
into moderation, the shop, contests, and even advertising the site. It
goes to Chris, who does not pay his staff properly and does not improve
the site. He only makes it worse based on his agenda. A small amount of
Senatorship goes to the government ministers, sure, but the amount is
not significant enough to matter (and there’s decent evidence that the
treasury doesn’t even reflect what it should be—⅓ of the cost of all
Senator subs). Besides, half of the treasury this term will go to
KatieBoutique (since she and her alt Slayyyocrates are both ministers),
and if any of you have been paying any attention to Katie that will
likely ruffle your feathers.It’s not worth contributing to
this place financially. It does not help the site grow. It does not go
to fixing bugs. It does not go to adding a mobile scroll bar. It does
not pay your favorite designer. It does not fix minigame glitches. It
likely won’t go to refunding people’s State Wars purchases after the
hack or restoring corrupted outfits (IF restoring them is even
possible). Cancel your Senatorship, never buy top-ups, don’t volunteer
your time for the site, and turn on ad block! Don’t let Chris get your ad revenue either!That’s

I fancy myself as a bit of a journalixt today so I have a few questions if that's okay, Chris.
Firstly I just want thank you for taking on board a lot of the feedback you received in the last thread, a lot of the features and changes to how the site will run going forward are welcome changes and I think will have a positive impact on the site and game. I especially like the proposed changes to the SM role and elections. I think your idea for a note system instead of direct post edits is also good. I especially like that you've balanced the need for free speech with the need for social responsibility.
Here are my questions:
1. You've proposed a lot of changes to the rules and moderation of the site and will be allowing Fashion Police to take a cut of revenue. Will you be opening applications for new fashion police and instating an entirely new team for your term?
2. You've listed a lot of proposed changes, several of these won't require much coding input as it's down to policy but several will. It's likely a lot more than can be taken on in a 2 month term. What's your overall timescale plan for this? Will it be a multi phased approach? How will you oversee the changes following your term or do you intend in staying in post until after they have been implemented?
3. A bit silly but did you get a chance to see my last post in the previous thread? A lot of what I've asked/raised in that post has already been addressed by your manifesto but I have a couple further questions in relation to that but I'm apprehensive of copying and pasting them over here because a lot of my constructive criticism posts in the past couple of days have been deleted as "spam" and I don't want this one deleting too if I bring the stuff across to this thread.

Over the years, there have been countless dramas with several different groups creating a countless amount of alts per player, desperately trying to rig elections and one thing all those groups have in common is that not only are they left leaning, they are the most extreme far left chronically online Americans out there who not only harass right leaning players, but left leaning ones as well for not being as far left as they are.

considering, as you pointed out, i do as well, it's using this as an
excuse to bring up the same petty bullshit that really doesn't fly with
me. i also don't think the rule changes about alts are good but you
don't see me using it as an excuse to complain about alexstrasza
(spelling?) and her fifty million alts or make up conspiracies about why
she was allowed to have them so for long, because that's petty, alex no
longer plays, and it has nothing to do with the subject of this thread. if AL has criticisms she can be a normal person about them like anyone else instead of trying to get under the skin of me and people she thinks i associate with at literally any opportunity. be for real.
