Notice how all the conditions you listed here result in an extremely poor patient prognosis if untreated. Almost as though delaying or refusing treatment for cancers, HIV etcetera lead to the patient dying or having a significantly worsened quality of life. I knew you would be stupid enough to make the comparison, however, so let's put it this way: a patient understanding at 10 that if they do not have an appendectomy they will die, or that if they don't undergo chemotherapy at seven years-old they'll also die, is in no way comparable to undergoing elective surgery for gender dysphoria. Sure. An adolescent female can tell you she do not want a child at this point in time and wishes to terminate her pregnancy, or the contrary. What they cannot tell you is whether or not they, with 100% certainty, will or will not regret chemically castrating themselves at a later age. Therefore, we should make decisions which demonstrate the least risk. A patient can choose to transition at 18, in adulthood. They can't, however, choose to get their tits back after you chopped them off at 15. Again, this is another false equivalent wherein the two situations do not demonstrate comparable longitudinal risk to the patient. Ask yourself this: why do we have a voting age of 18? A drinking age of 21 in the US? A legal driving age? A kid can learn and pass the theory test, so why not? We have them because we know that, in general, children lack the detailed knowledge framework and risk perception possessed by adults. 

I’m not going to get into the ethics of contraception for minors; ultimately, it’s at the discretion of the doctor and the long-term ramifications of contraception use are not comparable to those seen in the treatment of gender dysphoria. Again, poor comparison.

Ah, the good old "standards are in place, that’s enough to solve the issue". There might be a standard in place, but it is obviously not followed when a child walks out of a doctor's office with testosterone shots after a week of knowing them. Physicians don't always follow guidelines and in politicised instances such as transsexuality, they are under additional pressure to conform to a specific outcome. Saying the guideline exists is as useful as saying there is a speed metre on your car. When the risk of transitioning has been whittled down to the point of false and "near-complete" safety, doctors missing half their brains will ignore this sieve to the detriment of the patient.

The first study you linked had a sample age between 3 – 12, with a mean age of 8.1. The follow-up period occurred 5 years later, with the oldest participant aged 17 years old and the youngest participant aged 8 years old, with a cohort average follow-up age of 13. If this is your smoking gun, your gun is out of smoke babe. I’ll wait for you to explain how many 8 – 17-year-olds are trying to get pregnant or are trying for children, thus directly confronting their self-installed infertility? In five more years when the eldest participants are 22, we’ll see what happens. As of right now, the study just confirms that its participants have yet to encounter the consequences of their decisions.
